“Very conveniently located close to SM mall, major hospitals , a great arcade with restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe and central area. The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful (we needed an iron for our clothes and a boiler and they provided it quickly). The price is also honest and matching the overall quality of the hotel. “Jeamco is a very good value budget hotel. I rented a 'Deluxe' room for a few nights via an app and on arrival check-in was easy. There are stairs & a lift. My room was quite small, with a double bed, side table, coffee table, air-con & TV. The bedside table had the light switch & two powerpoints. Free wifi available. “Overall is good. You get what you pay. Very well located super-downtown close to main park dedicated to Gen. Paulino Santos , OLPGV Catholic church, malls and nice restaurants. Area is safe at night. Pros: staff is kind and helpful, the Filipino breakfast they serve is good, rooms (and the whole building) are new and well kept. All spaces are clean. “I needed an affordable hotel room in GenSan and found Casa Rafael on Hotels.com. Sure the room's small but I can live with that for 3 or 4 more days ! It's clean, the A/C works great, and the staff's really friendly and willing to help ! In the future should I ever need a hotel in GenSan, I'll definitely stay here again !”

There's just a little walk to many markets, for you to cook your own meals in the room, and the hotel will accommodate you with anything you may need in preparing your meal.
