From mountain and hill walks for every level, to the ancient Castle di Sanctis and the mythical Bronze Age “Wood of the Fairies,” there’s something for everyone to discover.

🌄 The Area

The village of Roccacasale is perfectly positioned for exploring Abruzzo, often called “the lung of Italy” for its five National Parks and vast, unspoiled nature.
Spend your days walking in the mountains, lunching in historic Sulmona, and relaxing on the sandy beaches of Pescara — all within a 40-minute drive. In winter, the popular ski resort of Roccaraso is also just 40 minutes away.

🏠 The Property

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 250 sqm house, including three terraces — two with spectacular views of the Peligna Valley. I Terrazzi sits just below the castle in the medieval heart of the village, designed to let you live like a local.

Middle Floor (Main entrance): Lounge, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and one bedroom.
Top Floor: Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a stunning roof terrace.
Lower Floor: Independent access, one bedroom, bathroom, two large rooms, and a terrace.

🛏️ The house sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably:

Bedroom 2: King-size bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4: Two single beds

🛁 There are three bathrooms:

🚗 Parking

Unloading is possible 25 m from the house. Parking is available 150 m away in the village car park (with an overflow car park 100 m further down a steep road). Please note: it is not possible to drive directly to the property.
