“L’hotel mi ha fatto pagare la colazione nonostante fosse inclusa nella prenotazione…. Questo non è accettabile ”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit, cereals, and a hot cooked breakfast. The only negative, we had to pay for parking, we booked on Expedia and it was advertised as parking available, no mention of having to pay. We will use this hotel again but will book directly through the hotel website. ( cheaper too )”

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Service was poor for dinner. Weren’t booked in Forgot our wine forgot our dessert.”

“Unfortunately this stay was not enjoyable at all. The place overall is very run down, the bed is an old springy bed with huge "roll together" and so soft you end up touching the base. The air conditioning didn't work, the windows hardly open at all due to security reasons and the room was stifling hot and very stuffy which resulted in next to no sleep. She would have been stunning in her day, but it's long, long gone. Not worth the money.”

“This is one of my favourite hotels, always look forward to coming here. Particularly enjoy the spa and swimming pool. Would highly recommend this hotel.”
