The owners have great pride in the place and attention to detail shows at every corner. The only letdown was the small number of staff, that impacts the service a bit. Still it is excellent value nd recommend to stay more than a couple days to truly enjoy the place. ”

“Tout a été parfait. Je suis arrivé après la fermeture de la réception : après utilisation du numéro d’urgence et vérification de ma resa, on m’a donné le code pour entrer. Ma facture acquittée et ma clé m’attendaient dans une enveloppe fermée à mon nom. Je suis parti très tôt le lendemain matin et n’ai pu exprimer mon entière satisfaction. Merci.”

“Eravamo di passaggio e ci siamo fermati una sola notte. L’hotel si trova in una zona industriale ma è comodo da raggiungere. La signora alla reception è molto gentile e ci ha messo a nostro agio. La colazione abbondante e buona. C’è un ampio parcheggio dell’hotel. ”

“Ottimo hotel che si affaccia sul fiume nell'isola posta di fronte a Saumur: la posizione privilegiata dell'hotel è il grande vantaggio di quest'albergo. La vista sulla città e il suo castello medioevale è veramente fantastica. Consiglio di spendere qualche euro in più per aggiudicarsi le stanze con panorama.

"I would have given 5 stars out of 5, because the room and the facility were very good. What a pity for the breakfast room, totally underdimensioned for this hotel-residence. You have to wait for plates, cutlery and free spaces. The two breakfast ladies try their best, but the breakfast room is simply not suitable for this facility. The brakfast food is good though, with choices of fresh fruits and grains. "
