  • Come join us for a fantastic stay in a well-appointed 3-bedroom 1 bath UPPER-LEVEL DUPLEX located just 4 minutes from Mayo Clinic? This unit is recently remodeled, beautifully furnished and very convenient.

    You will find everything you might need to recover from a surgery or to feel at home while seeking treatment.

    The house is child friendly with a nice selection of toys and books to keep the little ones occupied. Pack-n-Play and highchair are available.

    Dogs are welcome with a charge of $50/dog.

    High speed internet is included and one of the bedrooms contains a dedicated workspace.

    The unit includes access to a SHARED LAUNDRY which is down one flight of stairs in the lower-level of the building. Laundry products are available.

    There is plenty of on and off-street parking.

The host was very prompt to respond to a few questions that we had during our stay. This was a perfect house to stay in while in town for a dance competition. I am a full time house cleaner for my profession and have high standards and this house was perfect for us.

Excellant ammenities but would recommend ice trays we forgot to buy ice to bring with. Beds a little hard but very clean and presentation very nice. John was very responsive on any issues we had.

The house stunk of cigarette smoke and Marijuana when we arrived. It was not clean, and the host has been incredibly rude. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Great Rochester getaway

Nice 3 bedroom home with a cozy kitchen and living room. Close to all of the main things in Rochester. Nice quiet neighborhood!

Many lovely things about this house. I most enjoyed the little touches of home- games, books, chocolate, and a coffee selection, and many other things.

Clean, great communication, pics looked way betrer than real life.

Overall a good stay. The property was clean and mostly updated, but the home was very old. The foundation was slanted so much that items would roll off the table quickly and you could feel the slant when walking through the house.

Comfy, modern place for the price! Overall, about what we expected for the cost. A few things could use improvement though. The cleaners seemed to miss some areas — there were cobwebs in the bathroom along with popcorn, cereal, and toys left on the living room floor. The Keurig didn’t work during our stay, and while the dishwasher cleaned the dishes, it left a residue and could probably use rinse aid. There was also 1 in quarters provided for the dryer, but it wasn’t enough to dry the one load I did.I had messaged John about checking in 15 minutes early and never heard back. However, when I reached out the next day about the Keurig and cleaning concerns, he responded the same day.Nice neighborhood, excellent value.

Wonderful Stay

John was an excellent owner to work with. Very prompt in answering questions and messages. He has an adorable home that was perfect for our week long stay. I would highly recommend it.

It was dark when we arrived and the porch light wasn’t on so we couldn’t see to get in house. The house had a distant, unpleasant smell to it. The kitchen was not clean…particularly the cupboards. I had to wash a pot and silverware before using as they had food in them.

Nice quiet working class neighborhood. Walked my dog several times a day without concern. Downstairs renters very friendly. Comfortable beds. Toys for children. Spacious. Not far from Mayo. Wooded area behind house. Deer walk around. You’re in town but also feels like you’re in country.
