Don’t stay here. Our check in took over 20 minutes because they messed up the reservation payment, room was very dirty, tv didn’t work, room only had 2 small towels that were more like dish rags, bathroom toilet was discussing, no coffee or cups in the room, other than that it was great.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were young, friendly and VERY helpful. The manager, and the recordkeeping was terrible, when I arrived, there was no record of my 6 day reservation, the young person on duty accepted my paperwork and set me up in a room. the next 2 days the young person from housekeeping woke me to clean the room, She told me her schedule indicated the room was vacated, she was very sorry and apologized very nicely, when I spoke to the manager about it, he only stated that the records were all "screwed up", and began yelling at the woman who was working on 2 laptops, He explained nothing, succeded only flustering the young lady.

The staff were okay. The other residents were noisy and smoked near the door. There was trash in the hall, dirt on the elevator floor. No amenities other than wifi. I did request and receive hangers. My room was mostly clean but worn and outdated. I won't be staying there again.

It is both a motel and an extended stay property. I was registered in the wrong one so the check-in process was long. I payed Expedia $297 which showed as being rejected at Motel 6. I had to pay again in order to get a room. There needs to be a refund from one of the two parties. The payment was debited to my checking account on 6/20/26.

The property had its sign painted black so you couldn't tell the name of the hotel. Could not see anything identifying it as a Motel 6. The street number was on the building, but no name. There was a handwritten cardboard sign taped to the outer wall that said "Pick up you animals Poop" in marker. The hotel clerk was sitting on a bench oustside and greeted us with a shout that the hotel was booked up. I said I had a reservation. She yelled back they were booked and I needed to contact who I rented the room from and get relocated. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to get a representative from Expedia to rebook us. That was another nightmare. The Expedia rep couldn't get any hotel nearby to answer their phones. Took forever. Finally after 8p she arranged something. Ugh. That Motel 6 was not a franchise hotel. Based off what my wife and I saw, it now is a Crack house with a bunch of squatters. As the Expedia rep was on the phone I went to the expedia website and still saw rooms listed for that site.

I booked online with Hotels.com When I got to the hotel I started unpacking my car and was met by a gentleman that asked me if I was checking in, He told me the hotel was all booked for the night. I was confused because he looked like a hotel guest who was just hanging outside for the evening since he had a case of beer and was wearing a sweat suit and slides. However he told me he was housekeeping. I explained that I had already paid and booked my room. We walked inside to get more information. Once inside he said "babe can you help this girl out" talking to the hotel clerk that couldn't even be bothered by me because she was braiding her daughters hair in the lobby at 11:30pm. I said what do I do I already paid and now I don't have a room. NOT EVEN LOOKING AT ME she explains that I needed to call hotels.com to either get put in a different hotel or ask for a refund. At this point I want nothing to do with Hotels.com or any hotel to do with Hotels.com. I asked her how does the refund work. Still not looking at me and acting annoyed she tells me they will contact her. Its been 3 days I still have no correspondence or update on my refund and as of now when I contact hotels.com they said they have been unable to get in touch with the hotel. Does not help when they let my husband use the office bathroom he said they had about 7 people back there drinking and chilling. It was like a back office family party gathering on a Saturday night. Did the room I book go to one of them?
