Hotel con piscina a Rock

“Nice place, well organised ”

“L'hotel non era male ma il mio letto sembrava essere stato sistemato con le lenzuola usate e tra l'altro non riboccate sui piedi ma arruffate... sulla moquette qualcosa di appuntito mi ha punto il piede. L'area piscina poi in Italia sarebbe stata chiusa per condizioni igieniche non descrivibili. Jacuzzi non funzionante, coperta con un telo, sauna annacquata con sporco galleggiante, piscina piccola e non limpida, spogliatoi e docce con molto sporco a terra... insomma un porcile! mi spiace ma...

“Hotel was fine. It wasn’t amazing nor was it poor. It was fine. We had a family room and it was plenty big enough. Rooms could do with air conditioning as they were so warm and also some security on the windows. With two small children and being on the ground floor the windows could be pulled open from outside and climbed through sonw had to keep them closed and roast all night. “Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. The common areas are dirty, and the carpets throughout the hotel are visibly stained and poorly maintained. There are strong and unpleasant odors on the floors, which immediately give a sense of poor hygiene. The room is poorly lit, and the so-called shower is not a proper shower but a bathtub, which is uncomfortable and impractical. “The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”

“Lovely place However, AC was not working and needed to be on when we arrived. Far to hot. When we tiried to turn on, it was broken. A fan was provided, which helped, . But as warmth is insured on arrival during colder days, AC needs the same consideration in the hotter temperatures”
