“Check in info did not get sent to me on the day of check in. I did get an answer right away when I called and they sent it right over so we could get into the premises. The air conditioner was not turned on until 10am the following day so our first night they brought fans which blew all the huge dust clumps out from under the beds. I always wipe around my dogs food bowl when she finishes eating and that revealed a floor which certainly wasn’t mopped in some time… the paper towel was black. There...

“The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.”
