“Not a clean room. Found a piece of lettuce in between the bed and night stand. Bed was also dirty. Other than that great experience. Oh wait I also woke up with an allergic reaction on my face? I was so puffy and that’s never happened to me? (I hate leaving bad reviews but it was so gross) THE VIEWS WERE AMAZING and made up for the gross room”

“I booked this hotel through Expedia and paid an additional fee for breakfast, which I ultimately was unable to use. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing. The staff was not particularly helpful when I inquired about a refund for an extra room that I did not use, despite only staying one night. I was still charged the full amount, including the breakfast fees and the unused room.
