Wine Trail Dreams - 2 BR Cottage - Perfect location on the Seneca Wine Trail!


Welcome to Wine Trail Dreams! Located on the West side of Seneca on ST RT 14 in the heart of the Seneca Lake Wine trail. This 2 BR 1 bath cottage is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and ready for your stay to enjoy an amazing trip to the Finger Lakes.

Charm and comfort abound in this home - original hard wood floors are located throughout and comfortable living room seating with cable TV and blu-ray player to catch up on your movie watching. There is a large dining table to sit and eat, play games or put together a puzzle. A fully fenced in backyard with large covered deck provides a great place to relax and unwind with that bottle of wine you purchased. The kitchen is well appointed and includes, for coffee lovers, your option of either a Keurig or brewed coffee maker.

The 2 BRs have queen beds with high quality mattresses and luxury linens. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and are both "smart" TVs if you have a Netflix or other account you want to log into. Plenty of storage for your clothes and has convenient charging stations on your night stands to get your electronics ready for the next day.

Toast Winery is next door and walkable, Brewery across the street, and a Dinner Restaurant is a 5 minute walk away (limited days / hours).

We are dog friendly for your house broken, well trained furry friend (additional fee applies).

Very nice. We stayed here last year also.TV was a problem. Too much streaming and no real time news. If there was cable- as the owners said- we couldn't find it.

The property was enough for us. we loved the fenced in back yard. The owners were very friendly and responded quickly to messages. check in was easy with the coded keypad lock. The only downside that made it not as nice was the smell in the house. It is an old house and we knew it could smell old but the house smelled very old, musty and bad. We had to open the back door with the screened front door open to air it out any time we left and had to have the fans on to clear out the smell. Our clothes smelled like the house because it was in the furniture as well. It made the house feel not clean. If the house did not have an odor it would have been a great stay.

This is our second stay at Wine Trail Dreams. We love the backyard for our two dogs. The house is the right size for small family. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is prefect as well. Everything is just as advertised. A winery is next to the property which a must to visit.

Wine Trail Dreams was the perfect location for seeking out local waterfalls. The house was comfortable, spotless and had every amenity we needed. The fenced backyard was great for our pups and for a relaxing lunch from the grill.

Perfect cottage getaway for 3 nights. Every room was well furnished. Having the covered back porch and fenced in yard was our favorite feature. Great 'country' vibe but also less than a 10 min drive into town. Can't beat the access to a cool brewery across the street and winery next door. Neat property!

Lovely little stay

Stayed 2 nights with my small children and husband. The cottage was clean and in good working order. Air conditioning worked great. Good location on the main road with lots of wineries nearby. The 2 for 1 tasting card for Toast was fantastic and much appreciated!

Rock Stream home

Was a great stay! Hubby and I went for anniversary, we had suprise friends come for part of our time there and the house was just as pictures stated, everything was clean and nice towels in bathroom. They had some supplies there already for us like paper towels and toilet paper, plus dish washing soap too! We cooked for breakfast and had plenty of kitchen supplies to do that and nice Keurig coffee maker too! Owners were in touch with us when we first arrived and very nice, had a repair guy coming for front deck which was fine with us. We enjoyed sitting on back deck in the evenings and the pups had a nice fenced yard to be in that worked great too! We will stay here again! Good price for very cute cozy home!

Adorable Cottage

The pictures of this cottage don't do it justice. It is clean, comfortable and cozy. Upon arrival you feel as if you are greeted by an old friend . The fenced in yard is delightful and it is filled with every amenity needed. The personal touches and decor are wonderful!

Great location for wine trail

We had a wonderful weekend going to the Seneca wine trail event and hiking around the local area. We travel with our dogs often and the fenced in backyard was amazing. The house was well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a weekend on the wine trail. Close to both wineries as well as multiple state parks and national forest it was perfect for us. The beds weee comfortable and the house was clean and had everything we could want.
