A BEAUTIFUL OCEAN FRONT 3 BEDROOM HOUSE

This spacious oceanfront Rockaway Beach vacation home features direct beach access, updated kitchen and bathrooms, private hot tub, and panoramic ocean views. The cozy sunroom and spacious open floor plan make this ideal for families and group getaways.

Walk to local cafes and tourist shops in Rockaway Beach. Head out to deep waters with charter fishing services, hook up with a local guide for whale watching or kayaking. Or relax and enjoy the sandy beach.

We will be available by text or phone during your stay.

The house is in the center of town. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

This property is self check in. Guests will have private access to the beach house via a lock system using a pin to be sent to you before your arrival. Guests may check in any time after the 4:00pm check in time.

The house has a large gathering room which is the living room, dining room, and kitchen combination. Also, there is a large sun room facing the ocean. From the ocean side of the house there is direct access to the beach over the berm and down the rock steps.

Each of the three bedrooms have queen beds.

Once at the house you will not need a car as you are walking distance within the downtown.

Bali Hai is on a seven mile sandy beach for your enjoyment. Fires are allowed on the beach 20 yards from property lines unless there is a fire closure in place. The city fireworks display is in front for the house on the Fourth of July and guests are able to view/enjoy the annual Rockaway Beach Kite festival.

The home was clean and well appointed.We did not have the opportunity to use the hot tube, as it was freezing sideways rain, but the home was warm and spacious. The host responded promptly to communications. If we come back to Rockaway, we would definitely consider staying again.

Very nice. Even tho it’s sandwiched between two commercial properties, there is a real sense of privacy both in the house and hot tub/backyard area. We also enjoyed the ocean facing sun room which can be closed off from the rest of the house.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained beachfront house that worked really well for 3 adults and a baby. Truly appreciate the excellent communication from the property manager as well. Would love to stay again.

This is a great beach house! Well appointed kitchen, clean, and with easy beach access from the backyard (steep stone steps) or a ramp one block over. The view is amazing and even though the house is next to a restaurant and near the public beach access it's quiet (even on Labor Day). It's our second time staying here and we would definitely return.

We love this house. It’s clean, perfect location, and the kitchen has everything we needed to cook the fish and crab we caught. The hot tub is well-maintained and the BBQ was ready to go. Our senior citizen commented that a grab-handle in the bathtub would be helpful for stepping in and out for showers, but she used the master shower instead. We have stayed here year after year, and every time we arrive we can see the improvements and maintenance that have been done. This is always a relaxing stay.

We had a great adult family member vacation. The house was perfect for the five of us. It was immaculate, the beds are comfortable and we had more than enough towels. We like to cook and bake and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The large table was perfect for games and we enjoyed access to ESPN for the Wimbledon matches. We enjoyed the hot tub and took frequent walks on this beautiful stretch of beach. Having a coffee shop across the way was very convenient and we had our pick of shops serving Tillamook ice cream cones when the urge arose. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect beach house

This is the perfect beach house. Located RIGHT on the beach! The city beach entrance was only steps away, so all of the amenities of town were just a short walk away. The house was well cared for, and had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend this house any more. 5 stars!

Hidden gem

This is our second trip to this house. We love it as we can easily walk around Rockaway Beach and easy access to the beach. As with the first visit we walked in and said WOW. House was clean and well furnished. Sitting in the chairs outside we had fun watching the waves and people on the beach. Even the two days the rain poured sitting on the sun porch we had a great view of the beach and the water. We have already booked our next trip. And will book early every year to ensure we get this house for our family trip

Our family loved everything!

The beach is just steps away down rocks or around the corner for steps or ramp.You can hear the train, which caused our two-year-old to run to the door crying, look, look!The house has a wonderful view, all ocean. The sunroom was well used. If you are cooking, the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you could ask for. We enjoyed ourselves from the 2 year old to the 70 somethings. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Talk about ideal. On the ocean, close enough to touristy stuff but also not if you choose for a lowkey day, quaint little restaurant next door— it was an amazing stay. Kids want to come back next year already!

Perfect lodging facility and location

The description does not do justice to the rental itself, location, cleanliness, the kitchen is well stocked as far as appliances and plates etc. The house is single story, with just a few steps to the patio area. The view and beach are perfect. Restaurants, independent stores, and bakery are just a short walk away. Would highly recommend this rental, our family intends to return as often as we can.

Home away from home

Love coming back to this amazing place. Always enjoy just sitting in the enclosed porch, cracking a window and watching & listening to the ocean while reading a book. This is also my dog’s favorite place to be! Thank you for creating such a peaceful and fulfilling place to stay!

Rockaway Beach rocks

Perfect home in the perfect location. The beach is literally at your doorstep. The bonus sunroom was perfectly set up for wheelchair bound family member to still enjoy the coast. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook. All in all a great experience for the whole family.

Great location!

Great location and comfortable house. Well stocked kitchen and great layout. We had a problem with the hot tub and host responded immediately. Loved the access to the beach and convenience of the town. Would stay again!

Great Ocean Front Property!

This house has all the amenities you will need for a great beach vacation! Place was very clean and beds were comfy. We were there for a sewing retreat and there was plenty of room for 6 of us to sew. I would highly recommend this place for a great vacation. Walking distance to all things. There is a Restaurant and lounge right next door! We loved it!
