Newly remodeled -on the sand- beach house with all high-end amenities. This family home is perfect for a beach getaway on or off season. There is nothing missing. Air conditioning, central heating, heated bathroom floors, internet, wet-bar, wine and beverage fridge, stone fire pit, full service kitchen, stovetop pot filler (perfect for crabbing), the list goes on-and-on. You will not want to leave.

Incredible house!

The house was amazing and Mike was extremely easy to work with and very communicative. Just a short 15 minute drive to Manzanita. Great place to take your family. Beautiful view of the ocean. We plan to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Amazing House

The house was wonderful and the beach was beautiful!! We give it a 10/10. Communication with the host was great and the house was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need which made it feel like home.

Outstanding beach house with superior property management!

Superb home decorated to the nines with ocean view. The house is spectacular and has every amenity. We loved the location near excellent hikes. Mike the property manager was excellent to deal with and gave outstanding service. This home is an 11/10 and we must rent this again. We HIGHLY recommend this beach house!

Beautiful home with amazing ocean view!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful ocean front home! The pictures for the home looked amazing online, but hard to believe it is even better in person. We really enjoyed walking out the back door right onto the beach for walks. It is a short drive to great seafood and the Tillamook cheese factory which the kids loved. Next time we plan a trip to Oregon, we will definitely make a stop in Rockaway Beach and stay at this house!

Luxury on the beach

This property is an absolute gem! The location is a perfect homebase for exploring the area. Everything about this home is high end, beautifully appointed and luxurious. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The owner Mike, is very attentive and cordial. Our family enjoyed our stay and created lifelong memories here. We wished we could have stayed for the entire summer here!

Amazing house on Nedonna Beach

My family and I spent four nights in the home over spring break. Our original rental home on another service was cancelled just days before and I’m lucky we found “Whitecaps” instead. The house is nicely updated and well appointed. It sits right on the beach with an incredible view. The hosts were great to work with, provided a lot of helpful information and quick responses to my questions. We would love to stay again on a future trip!

Quick Getaway

We are East Coasters that traveled to Oregon for a wedding, but couldn't leave without dipping a toe in the Pacific. This house was such a perfect place to relax before our trip home. The beach views are breathtaking, you can see Twin Rocks and the beautiful mountains without even leaving the porch. Check in was so easy with a code and a message from the host offering to help with anything - he even offered us earlier check in. The house was spotless and offered space for all of us, including a great room for the kids. It's fully stocked with all home needs and made our stay super comfortable. It's 5 mins from Rockaway Beach, and about 15 from Manzanita, so much to offer on dining and activities. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay.

Magical Ocean Front Home

Each year we travel to the Oregon Coast with our family of 7. This was our first time to Rockaway Beach and it was by far our favorite. The town and beach were amazing, but even better was the home. The house was extremely clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could ever need, and was very light, bright and open. The deck was a feature that made it feel as though you were on Cape Cod and it was an easy walk straight onto the beach. The owner was easy to get ahold for any questions that we had. At one point I asked about a blow dryer, which they actually did not have, and he text me back saying thank you for the suggestion and that he ordered one for the home. You can tell that the owners priority is that their guests feel welcome and have everything that they need. We are already looking at dates to book this house for next year!

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. The views of the ocean were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and so spacious. The ability to walk out the front door directly to the beach was such a plus - no getting in the car and driving!

Great Stay

Beds were comfortable, heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch, our little boy liked the 2 small trucks that were there, beach is not right outside house but a relatively short walk through loose sand. House is well cared for. Thank you for opening your house to us!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, and the listing is accurate. Check-in was seemless. Owner contacted us a few days before and was very helpful. Short walk down a path to the beach. Would look forward to staying here again.

The house was perfect for us! Right on the beach with amazing views and lots of space.

We wanted a house that felt new and this house more than delivered. It was very clean and the check in process was very simple. The house is located centrally and we were able to make short drives to other towns. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous beach house

Our family of five had a wonderful visit to this beautiful home. It was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked. And the location was perfect, right on the beach with an easy walk out to the wide sandy beach. Would love to stay longer next time!
