Primed for a magical family getaway, this lakefront retreat comes complete with a private hot tub and a water-view patio where you might see deer wandering the lakeshore. The private gas grill sets the stage for lakeside barbecues. Grab your fishing pole and walk out to the dock to test your luck with catching a fish or two. Kayaks are available for exploring the lake and 1 adult-sized bicycle is provided for cruising the neighborhood. Downtown Rockaway Beach is only a mile away.



The living room offers expansive views and cushy furnishings while watching your favorite cable TV series or that movie you've wanted to catch on one of the many streaming channels. You can also challenge your skills and laugh out loud while playing some competitive board games. Your kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking intimate home-cooked meals to partake at the dining room table. The free WiFi makes it easy to post the day's memories to your social media.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The gazebo in the common area is not for use at this time
