Explore the tide pools and quiet coastline of Nedonna Beach from this cozy, secluded gem. Situated at the end of a neighborhood street, this two-bedroom offers a private home base immersed in natural wooded views. This comfortable home features a wood-burning firepit and gas grill for outdoor dining and group gatherings. The covered front porch is the perfect place for sipping morning coffee.



The full kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for home-cooking convenience, and there's seating for all between the two-seater breakfast bar and dining table for six. In the evening, unwind in the living area while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV.

Enjoy being within walking distance to South Nehalem Jetty, Nedonna Marsh, and Nedonna Pond stocked year-round with Rainbow Trout. Shopping, dining, and attractions are a short drive away in downtown Rockaway Beach. Nehalem Bay is a haven for crabbing and fishing, while scenic hikes and drives abound up and down the coast.

Not quite what was pictured

Property in great location and only about a 5 minute walk to beach. However, the house was pretty well used and abused. Holes and stains on carpet, windows that wouldn’t lock all the way or stay open, downstairs shower leaks, lots of chipped paint and what looks to be water damage. The house also had a musty smell to it.

Overall, our stay was okay - not great but not bad. I’ll give a detailed review below. Cons: The carpet is very ripped and stained, the house was not very well cleaned (appliances and floors were visibly dirty), the bed frame in the master bedroom was VERY noisy (every movement made noise), don’t plan to use the grill unless you bring your own propane tank and the living room had a very gross smell. There wasn’t much of anything nearby so expect to drive 15-20 mins for anything (not a huge con but more of a con than pro). In the back area, we thought the blue targets may have been axe throwing but it’s not. Pros: The mattresses were comfortable (very soft mattresses - so depends on your preference), plenty of towels, blankets and pillows, the kitchen was equipped with the necessary essentials for cooking meals, the outdoor area with the fire pit was nice and peaceful, the ocean was right down the road, and check in/check out was easy. I also liked the little kit they leave for you, which has a brand new sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent (small pack) and dishwasher detergent.

Just letting the host know some things that I would want to know if it was my house

We enjoyed our stay I txt some items that need to be addressed, there’s a light out in the master bathroom and the shower door is off the top roller, there’s mold in the upstairs shower, I was going to use one of the chairs in the closet but it has a broken leg and I have a glass top stove that one has not had the proper cleaner used on it so it is not in great shape and the upper left corner is broken and the under counter lights don’t work . The house has not been treated with care

Comfortable Living

The over all stay was good, there were a few issues: Broken chair in the closet, two broken chairs at the table, two huge tears in the carpet in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the pullout in the couch was dirty and I had wash it. The fans were so caked with dust that we couldn’t use them. For the most part it was ok.

Great house and location, housekeeper should be fired!

Great house and location! When we arrived we were immediately excited by the overall appearance of the house, the layout. The general condition seemed good, if not great. After about an hour I started unpacking and grabbed my pillow, set it on the bed, and noticed the pillow looked a bit dirty (hair). I decided to pull back the covers, which I don't usually do, but thought the pillow looked weird. The inside of the bed was covered in human hairs. Gross. We immediately stripped the sheets and tossed them in the washer. No go. The washer wouldn't start!! Hmmmmm..... My husband got right on pulling panels off and seeing if he could fix it with his multi-tool. While he did that, i started wondering if the other sheets were clean. Nope!! The housekeeper clearly had perfectly made the beds, throw pillows and all, with dirty (very hairy) sheets. I'm no Karen folks, this was real bad!! We soon realized the towels had also been hung back up and there was one kitchen towel left in the kitchen. The towels were damp and dirty. One even had what appeared to be blood on it. I contacted Vacasa and got a bot, who said I should take pictures, which I did. I mentioned the washer and it told me to take pictures of that too. I finally called a number and got a call center. She said she would let the local management team know. My husband got the washer fixed and we got all the sheets washed by 11 pm. In the meantime, we looked at the blankets (already grossed out) and he offered to go to

Short Family Vacation

This property is on a dead end street which means no through traffic, very quiet. A 15 minute walk to the beach. If you want to go Crabbing, we suggest Kelly's Brighton Marina. It's a 5 minute drive or less into town. Grumpy's is a great breakfast place. Lot's of places to go but so little time. everything for a perfect stay

The house was like being able to stay in a model home yet it also contained all the necessities like anything you need to cook and eat in and even have fun at home with games and a lovely big screen tv with internet and Roku so we could watch so many movies if we felt like it. The beautiful beach was only a few blocks straight up the road and directly across the street was a forest and wetland with public trails.

Excellent house on Nedona beach. Clean, close to beach/trails, well stocked kitchen and great wifi. There is even a small desk available. This place was great for four adults.

Quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach

We had a very relaxing vacation with our son, daughter in law and their new baby. We walked along the beach every morning and cooked most meals at the house. We would definitely stay their again.
