Exquisitely Maintained Cottage Inside and Out, Open Layout, One Block to Beach, *Pet Friendly*

The Rockaway Beach Cottage is the perfect place to escape from it all. Come and relax in this newly updated retreat that sits barely one block from the sandy beaches and gorgeous ocean waves. This is the perfect location, nestled in between Nehalem Bay and Tillamook Bay - Both offer plenty of crabbing opportunities or options to purchase fresh seafood. If you are into fishing, this property is also near many fisheries such as Jetty Fishery, and Kelly's Marina. There are also some good catches at Barview Jetty and Lake Lytle!

The outside has been immaculately maintained and landscaped. Relax on the front or back patio areas and take in the sights and sounds of this wonderful coastal location.
Inside you will find a bright and open layout combining the kitchen, living, and dining areas making it perfect for families or small groups to spend all the time they can together making memories and having fun. Every bit of décor and furnishing was curated to create that perfect blend of beachy style and cozy comfort. The kitchen has been fully stock for your culinary creations.

On the main level there is an incredibly spacious bedroom boasting a queen bed and a small European style sleeper couch that could be great for a kiddo. There is a TV as well here for your streaming desires.

Ascending upstairs is the second bedroom as well as a desk and chair with views of the neighborhood and the ocean beyond. If you absolutely must get some work done, this is the spot to do it.

Without a doubt this wonderful cottage is perfectly located and will make a great home for you to experience and take in all Rockaway Beach and the Pacific Northwest has to offer during your stay.

The Oregon Coast Scenic Railway goes past this home April thru Sept. 22nd (and includes a dinner train option). They also offer the Candy Cane train with visits from Santa on weekends for the Christmas season. This is delightful, both to ride, and to witness right in front of the property. If you are feeling adventurous, try your hand at recumbent biking on the scenic railroad tracks along the coastline. Offered both in Bay City, and Wheeler.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 fee per pet with a maximum of (1) ONE pet. Guests should refrain from having their pet in the upstairs carpeted areas or on beds. Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

Cute getaway

Great access to the beach. Thoughtful amenities. My only comment for improvement is that I did not see a lot of sustainability features. We didn't want to throw away recyclable wasteso we packed it out. They also did not have compost or efficient appliances.

perfect little beach house

We loved staying at this house and will be back! It was spacious and well appointed with towels, beach towels, dish and hand soap as well as shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The kitchen was well appointed as well. We loved our stay and the proximity to the beach.

Great weekend getaway

I love this place and will be coming back! At first I was hesitant to stay here as it only had two reviews and I wasn’t sure if those were legitimate. But once I showed up, I was thoroughly impressed. Everything was fully stocked, from dishes, to laundry soap, to towels and sheets. They even supplied crab pots and beach chairs in the shed. Everything looked just like the pictures too. The only thing I would say wasn’t perfect was that the internet was pretty slow so streaming any movies or music was a bit spotty. Other than that, the place was great.

Clean, organized and nice to come home to!!!

This home was SO clean and felt "homey". Every time it was time to return, we looked forward to coming here, as it was clean and new! It was close to the beach and parking was also good. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. Very accommodating.
