La cosa fantastica di questa casa è la sua vicinanza alla spiaggia e alla città, la privacy sulla strada senza uscita, la vasca idromassaggio e il portico coperto. Cerco costantemente di migliorare l'esperienza dei miei ospiti e di aggiungere e rimodellare. Ho appena terminato un importante rinnovamento migliorando l'area della vasca idromassaggio aggiungendo un portico coperto, dipingendo l'interno e l'esterno della casa, aggiungendo nuovi asciugamani e 560 fogli di conteggio dei fili, piumini, tende e una buca per il fuoco.

Romantica cabina sulla spiaggia alla fine di una strada tranquilla con foresta su due lati. La cabina è stata demolita fino ai perni e ricostruita con materiali di alta gamma. Vasca idromassaggio con privacy. Internet wireless ad alta velocità. Smart TV da 45 pollici con cavo, audio surround, Apple TV, DVD, stereo con collegamento IPOD, pavimenti in sughero, ripiani in granito e snack bar, lavello sottopiano, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabili a carico frontale ad alta efficienza, cucina ben fornita. rivelazione completa che i soffitti nella camera da letto sono più bassi e potrebbero essere un problema per quelli 6 "4" e più alti. Le aree principali sono a volta.

Bel bagno pulito con piastrelle di vetro da un pollice dal pavimento al soffitto, doccia, vasca. Letto matrimoniale in master. Seconda camera più piccola con ingresso indipendente all'esterno e letti a castello.

Il ponte anteriore è delimitato da rododendri alti 12 piedi. Ottieni il sole del mattino sul ponte anteriore. C'è un barbecue e un cortile laterale che condividi con cervi e procioni. La cabina si trova alla fine di una strada senza uscita ed è molto privata, ma è a soli due isolati dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Rockaway. Cammina per prendere un caffè, una cena e un giro turistico. Eccellente per chi ha bambini e animali domestici.

Nuoto, pesca e canottaggio fantastici nel Lago Lytle, che si trova a 2 isolati di distanza. Garibaldi si trova a circa 4 miglia di distanza con accesso alla pesca oceanica. Manzanita si trova a circa 12 miglia di distanza. Parco cittadino a due isolati di distanza. Mountain bike 1/2 miglio di distanza. Minimo 4 giorni rispetto al 4 luglio, 3 giorni rispetto al Memorial Day

The house was cozy, and the hot tub was warmed up and ready for us at arrival. The pups enjoyed the space. We had a question for the host and they replied very quickly. Overall very good.

Very hot and clean hot tub which was very important to me! Pet friendly and 3Mins walk to the beach where our dogs could run off leash! Everything was clean and cozy. Would definitely return!

We arrived in the evening and really enjoyed the quiet comfortable, clean vacation home. It is a small place and perfect to a couple with one or two children or two sisters and 1 dog.. Having a fenced area for my dog to get some fresh air was very important. The location in Rockaway is perfect. Crabbing in Garibladi , shopping in Tillamook and of course a trip to the Tillamook Cheese Factory.Very short drive to Cannon Beach. After exploring all day , it was so nice to come to a very comfy retreat., and soak in a hot tub.

It was a very nice stay. I will say the house is best for a couple, yes there are bunk beds for kids, but the room is small and the bathroom is the travel path to both bedrooms. If you are over 6' tall some things will be too low for you, but that was all in the listing. Rockaway beach is a nice if touristy place, the beach is close enough, and everything is well within walking distance. We had plenty of room to park our motorcycles and felt safe enough leaving them while we walked around town. Plenty of things in the house had labels and instructions right on them. The hot tub was clean and functioned fine. The bed was nice and comfortable. The living room was the largest room in the house and had the kitchen and a TV, we didn't use the TV or the kitchen but everything else worked fine so I would assume they did too. The floors have many steps and trip hazards another reason maybe not having kids here would be best. Overall we would stay here again, perfect for couples.

Such a cozy and fun place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s 5th birthday and absolutely loved it. It was dog and kid friendly, very private, and super cozy. Has everything you need and it’s a great location. We really enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor space and the guitar / record player. We would totally stay here again! Thanks to our host.

Rockaway hidden gem.

You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. It is great for a couple or a small family with smaller children. As the description states if you are over 6' 2" tall. You will be trying to avoid hitting your head, in the bedrooms and especially in the shower. Bed is comfy. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, and sheets. In the kitchen we had everything we needed to cook meals. Would recommend a knife sharpener. Living area included a larger TV, with Roku, Xbox 360 with a few games. Board games, puzzles, and a few different card games. DVD player and a few movies, books, and a record player with a few records. Covered patio was nice, we didn't use the hot tub, but looked well maintained. Might consider some sort of awning for the hot tub, so it can be used on those rainy, misty days. I was a little hesitant about renting when I read the owner had a space behind the house for their own personal use. I am happy we took the chance. If the owner ever used it we didn't see them. Don't miss out on this gem of house. Felt like we were not in town, since the house is at the end of of a dead end street. We saw 3 deer almost every morning in the yard. Will definitely stay again when we stay in Rockaway.

Awesome host and property. Well stocked with everything. The best accommodation for pets I have ever seen at the coast. I am already planning for our next stay down the road. Thank you Thomas for such a wonderful place!!!!

A little hideaway

The house is super cute, odd layout, but very clean and comfy. Well equipped kitchen. The fenced patio is very nice! Really good bed! Would definitely stay here again.

Valentines getaway

Cozy and clean space, very functional for the two of us on our trip. The only issues we had were with the living room furniture and hot tub…the furniture needs to be replaced; the couch and easy chair looked clean, but were not very comfortable and had the unmistakable odor of pets. The LED display on the hot tub is not readable, so you can’t tell how warm it is. It would also be nice to provide users with a bit of firewood (the pictures show wood available) for the wood stove. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Disappointed with compensation or effort for our inconveniences.

It was a quant place and very dog friendly w the front porch fenced. Parking is scarce. Tight neighborhood. Enough for 4 to sit up straight and watch tv. The Rocu doesn’t work barely at all! On. Off. Changing channel…. You cannot sit up in the bunch bed. Or open the door Very far to get into the small room. ( looks larger in the pictures for sure) I would have been cool with the dog friendly beach house. But the tub wouldn’t drain. Then the toilet was backing up. We plunged and plunged Pretty soon I got alllll kinds of hair up. I couldn’t pull enough till it broke off. “GROSS” The plunger is too small for the toilet. We gave up. Called. His phone had no sound. After time tryi texting.. He told me I could go home and get a refund for one night. ( I came here for business appointments and family time. It’s 5 hour drive) He kept repeating asking if I changed batteries and plunged. “”Yes!” Ok. Then he said we could use his apartment attached to the building. ( otherwise he wasn’t offering till I spoke up) 2nd flush and it was backing up and shower gurgling. Somehow our section of the tight apartment water seemed to flow. It all worked out without us needing to move. And could “ start our own laundry, dishes, and take garbage out. ( hope those cute raccoons don’t get into the can) I wouldn’t ever want to leave a bad review. Except this houses issues and no attempt to resolve any. Or attempt to compensate or sincere . The attitude was?…. Figure it out. Do bette!

Cozy cottage

We really enjoyed this place. Room to park our truck & small boat. Everything you need or want is there. Surprised to see a bottle of wine. We enjoyed it & replaced it. Perfect size for us. We are not tall people. If your a tall person, it could pose a challenge. The covered deck is the star of the show during rainy weather. Hot tub is completely private. We had a family of raccoons as well as an owl checking us out. Pretty cool. Easy walk to the beach. We would like to stay here again in the future.

Cozy place to unwind

Very cozy property with a clean hot tub and a lovely fireplace inside. Made for a great quick getaway. Couch was a bit hard to get out of and could stand to be updated. The main bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed our time here and will certainly return.
