We loved this house on the beach! The views were amazing and getting down to the beach wasn’t difficult. The kitchen and dining table were big enough for our family of 5, and each teenager got their own bedroom— they loved that. We would definitely stay here again.

I just have to say how amazing it was just to walk out the door to the beach! I miss the view already! We enjoyed our stay! Jordana was EXCELLENT with communication, and took care of all our needs. Had fire wood ready for us, opened the garage door. It was a nasty day when we showed up. I wish every host was that communicative!! Top notch! Check in was easy, It was clean. Plenty of room for families. Would definitely come back!

Amazing

We loved the house. You can’t ask for a better location! Soon as you walk thru the front door you are greeted with an amazing view of beach! The House was fantastic, super cozy. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven!

Family getaway

The house was in a perfect location with easy and excellent access to huge beach. Great sitting spot to enjoy watching kids if you dont want to go down to beach. Enough rooms to hold everyone. All the necessities you need! Great communication from property owners.

The listing photos depict an inviting and well-maintained property “Steps to Beach.” Actually, it is one giant step and is unsafe for someone of limited mobility or agility, or young children. The property is elevated about 6 feet above the beach and the only step was two cement blocks side-by-side and a piece of driftwood to make a landing after taking one giant leap that is probably 4 feet down. The property is not maintained. The main baseboard heater knob was broken and wouldn't shut off. A window covering was missing. The bedroom ceiling light fixture was broken and my wife stepped on a piece of the broken glass at the side of the bed. Carpet was very dirty. Bathroom fan was rusty with caked-on dust; the shower had red gel in it before we used it; the towels were mismatched and in no way “plush”. The dining chairs were extremely dirty and wore out. The garage door wouldn't close because the hardware was rusted and falling off. The oven was dirty. The bedding had holes, the bedroom closet was essentially full of old dirty pillows, and the bed frame that adjoins the headboard was filthy with caked-on dust and rust. There are dangerous rusty metal brackets on the retaining wall, a sagging deck with boards missing and nails popping, and paint in sad disrepair both inside and out. There is public beach access just two houses away with safe steps. Host is very nice, and says owner won't spend the money to repair. Please enlarge the pictures, and only 8 were permitted.

Relaxing weekend

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful property on Rockaway Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean 🧼, bright , and spacious the home was. Everything felt fresh and welcoming—the kind of place where you can instantly relax and feel at home .The layout was incredibly thoughtful, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected 🤝. Whether you’re cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen , lounging in the cozy living area , or waking up to the sound of the waves , every moment felt like a breath of fresh air .One of the best parts? LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You’re just a short walk from amazing restaurants , cute little shops , and anything you might need. Whether you’re in the mood for fresh seafood , coffee , or a stroll through the charming beachside stores, it’s all right there within reach.You can tell the hosts really care about this home—it was immaculately maintained 🧽 and had those extra touches that make a big difference (plush towels , quality linens , fast Wi-Fi , etc.). Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a relaxing, convenient, and absolutely stunning place to stay on the Oregon coast, THIS IS IT . Can’t wait to come back—HIGHLY recommend 10/10!
