The Space:

Welcome to our cozy Rockaway Beach Cottage, a classic single-level Oregon Coast home designed for comfort, relaxation, and making memories with family and friends. While the home has been thoughtfully updated with modern conveniences, it retains the charm and character of a traditional beach cottage.



The comfortable living room features a large sectional sofa with plenty of seating for gathering together after a day of adventures. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Roku and complimentary Wi-Fi, curl up with a good book, or simply relax and unwind.



The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy, whether you’re cooking a family dinner or enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day. The dining table expands to seat up to eight guests, making it perfect for family meals, game nights, and spending time together.

The main bathroom features a deep soaking tub/shower combination. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower provides additional convenience for larger groups. Both bathrooms are stocked with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.



Guests also have access to a full-size washer and dryer located in the home.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious private yard surrounded by mature trees, creating a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The grassy yard is perfect for outdoor games and family fun, while the fire pit offers a great place to gather in the evenings and roast marshmallows under the stars.



The back deck features outdoor dining for six, and the front patio includes a BBQ grill and comfortable seating for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening beverage.



Parking is available in the private driveway for up to three vehicles. Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of the Level 2 EV charger with J1772 connector and 24-amp charging capacity.



This comfortable coastal cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, with plenty of space both inside and out for your group to spread out and enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and the large private yard.



The Neighborhood:

Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, you'll find plenty to do nearby. Enjoy hiking, fishing, clamming, crabbing, beachcombing, whale watching, and miles of scenic coastline. Popular hiking destinations include nearby trails at Nehalem Bay State Park, the scenic Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain Trail, and the Tillamook State Forest.



Rockaway Beach is a classic Oregon Coast town filled with locally owned restaurants, boutiques, antique stores, gift shops, and sweet treats. Grab breakfast at the beloved Old Oregon Smoke House, enjoy fresh seafood and local favorites at Kelly's Brighton Marina, or visit Pelican Brewing in nearby Pacific City or Tillamook for craft beer and ocean-inspired dining. Don't forget to stop by the Original Pronto Pup, a Rockaway Beach institution serving their famous corn dogs for generations.



Spend the day strolling through downtown shops, searching for treasures in local boutiques, or picking up some famous saltwater taffy. The nearby Little White Church Antiques, coastal gift stores, and artisan shops make for a fun afternoon of exploring.



For a unique experience, ride the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, which departs from Rockaway Beach and offers breathtaking views of the coastline and Nehalem Bay. Dogs are welcome aboard select rides, making it a great outing for the whole family.

Getting Around:

A Car is necessary. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into PDX and renting a car to make the approx. 2 hour drive to the Oregon Coast.



Other Things to Note:

We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~ We ask that you don’t cook crab in the home but there is a bbq to cook outside.

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.

~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.

~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.

~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

~There is a Ring Security Camera in the front of the home for the safety of our guests and owner. There are no additional cameras at the property.

~Pack and Play may be requested ahead of time but it is not kept on site so please be sure to let us know in advance



We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!

-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.

-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.

Please also be aware of our pet policy:

-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.

-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.

-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.

-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear

We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager available for emergencies.
