Lakefront Cottage con piscina e viste fantastiche

Silver Lake è un lago premier nel West Michigan, a soli 5 miglia da Rockford e 16 miglia dal centro di Grand Rapids. Il cottage ha avuto numerosi aggiornamenti recenti e nuovi mobili. La struttura dispone di una spiaggia sabbiosa che è l'ideale per nuotare e fare attività. È disponibile come noleggio di 6 mesi dal 1 novembre al 1 maggio. Ho anche un'altra proprietà sul lago a 12 case di distanza che è su VRBO # 710565.

Il cottage ha circa 1200 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto due al 2 ° piano e una camera da letto sul principale. 2 bagni completi, uno con doccia e 2 lavandini che è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2019 e l'altro con vasca / doccia. Ha una grande cucina aggiornata, zona pranzo e due grandi cursori da 9 piedi con vista sul lago. Il cottage ha nuovi mobili e letti / materassi nel 2018 con lenzuola e servizi di alta qualità.

L'esterno ha un enorme ponte che si affaccia sull'acqua con solo 5 gradini fino all'erba / spiaggia e un grande camino esterno in mattoni con sedie Adirondack per rilassarsi attorno al fuoco. C'è anche un bacino di 100 piedi con una scala da bagno alla fine. Sono forniti 2 kayak, 2 stand up paddle board e una barca a remi con giubbotti di salvataggio. Sono inclusi giocattoli di sabbia per bambini, buche di mais, ferri di cavallo, bocce, ecc.

Una nuova barca del pontone è potenzialmente disponibile per l'affitto. È condiviso tra due proprietà ed è offerto come primo arrivato, prima riserva. Ha un motore silenzioso a 4 tempi e ha una capacità fino a 10 persone. Assicurazione e gas sono inclusi. La tariffa dipende dal periodo dell'anno. Si prega di informarsi sui prezzi.

Silver Lake è un lago per tutti gli sport con 225 acri che è tra i primi 5% per chiarezza d'acqua del lago nel Michigan. La casa si affaccia a sud e offre un sacco di sole e luoghi all'ombra quando lo si desidera.

What an amazing property! We were in town for Chris Stapleton concert. Brian was so helpful and he has great communication with the guests. We have Family in Grand Rapids and they had so much fun with the paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boat! I have stayed at a number of rentals and this one was nicely stocked. Should I ever need to stay in The Grand Rapids area, I’m booking this property. 7 cousins that had the best time!!!

Silver Lake cottage vacation

We rented the cottage because we wanted to spend some time with my elderly mother who lives about 6 miles away. The kids always had something to do, kayaking, paddle boarding fishing and riding on the paddle boat. We also enjoyed the pontoon boat. My grandson caught a fish off the dock and was thrilled with it. Brian was a great host and we plan on coming back next year. We traveled from Arizona and enjoyed the cooler weather. One day my mom baked cookies with her great granddaughter. Yes, we had four generations together at times, making great memories. Thank you Brian.

Family and Fishing

I came here with my family to visit some other family that we have in Michigan. And my daughter Emilyhanzlikoutdoors came up here to catch some fish for a tournament that she is in. We had a great time at Silver Lake.

Property was exactly as described on listing. Brian was an attentive host. Available for any and all questions. Any items needed were easy to find due to labeling on all cabinets and drawers. Perfect Getaway

We had a great time. The home is laid out well and has everything we needed. It was nice to walk straight out to the beautiful clear lake. We relaxed, fished, grilled, boated, swam, and even took in the downtown area and restaurants. We plan to book again in the future.

Perfect spot

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here for my children’s spring break! Perfect Lake House close to Grand Rapids in a nice quiet neighborhood. Excellent for us

We didn't get to enjoy the lake because of the reason for our stay and it was definitely not the time of the year for it. The places are beautiful, we stayed in both of his cabins for our wedding. The first night I was in the larger one the second night I went to the smaller cabin where my husband was. The night after rehearsal we all ended up at 1 of the cabins for a little while, then they kicked him out at 11:59. Haha it was big enough for 14 of us to visit in until we split again so he couldnt see me. Even since before I booked Brian was there to answer questions, when we didn't need as many to stay he was helpful in taking the amount of people that I booked (I booked full for both cabins) and making sure everything was great. I'd definitely stay again. Next time in warmer weather though to utilize all he has to offer. So clean and helpful! Thanks again Brian!

Fall weekend at a Michigan lake

Lake home in a lakefront association was very peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking, nice weather and grilling on the outdoor living space. It was quite accessible for our blind 93 year old and she was able to enjoy the family event without needing stairs.

We spent 2 night with the grandkids aging from 4 - 14 and the all had so much fun. The location is great and the gouse was very clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay!

Excellent family beach spot

The property was perfect for our lake vacation! The home is right on the lake. The rooms are clean. The bathroom has great water pressure and hot water. Everything we needed was right there. My daughter loved all the sand toys. I loved have a kayak, paddle board, and sitting out near the water in the morning and evening. We had a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

This property was amazing. Our Family of 6 spent a few days here before our kids were returning to college for the year. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, the water was clear, we had a fire every night at the house came equipped with all the water toys the older kids could want. We paddle boared and kayak in the morning. Brian has really thought of everything for this vacation rental. I can not recommend this property enough, I may want to keep it a little secret place.

Everything in one place

This location is ideal for both water fun, work, and relaxing. We relocated for the last week of summer vacation and while I worked, the kids (ages 10 and 12) were able to paddle board, paddle boat, and kayak around the lake -- it is big enough to be enjoyable, but small enough to always have your eye on them. The outdoor amenities (water toys, fire pit, grill) and all the indoor amenities (wifi, TV, full kitchen) made it so you had everything you could possibly need. This was perfect.

Wonderful!

What a peaceful and relaxing place to be! We kayaked in the morning, took walks through the lovely neighborhoods, had dinner and wine on the deck, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lake is clean and clear, neighbors are kind and the house has everything you need. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and Brian is number one as the most accommodating and gracious host. He makes you feel like you are his only guest. Thank you!

Great family vacation

We booked this for a family get away for Fourth of July week and it was perfect. The lake view, the house, the neighbors, the owner were all amazing. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, Brian the owner was the best. He made everything simple and checked in on us and was just an overall great host. Highly recommend. The house had everything we needed down to pots, pans, towels, soaps, dishes, utensils, etc. paddle boat, boards, kayaks, life vests, fire wood, grill and we even got to enjoy the pontoon boat. Such a great vacation and we will definitely go back. Plus the neighbors were so nice to talk with and were really sweet to our children. Thank you Brian for an amazing week.
