Lakefront casa per famiglie con grande spiaggia e splendida vista

Il cottage / casa è su Silver Lake, che è uno dei laghi premier nel West Michigan, a soli 15 miglia da Downtown Grand Rapids e 5 miglia dal centro di Rockford. La casa ha circa 1700 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, oltre a un ampio portico a 3 stagioni. Il cottage si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro su un grande terreno pianeggiante con 80 piedi di spiaggia sabbiosa con un pozzo del fuoco per la raccolta con la famiglia e gli amici. La proprietà comprende anche un 300 piedi profondo molto indietro con un grande viale e garage.

Silver Lake è un lago tutti gli sport con circa 225 acri che è nella top 5% dei laghi in Michigan in limpidezza dell'acqua. La casa si trova in una zona protetta dai venti occidentali e si affaccia a sud-est, quindi ti divertirai a svegliarti con splendide albe e tramonti che si vedono dall'acqua.

Un grande bacino è incluso con piattaforma alla fine con una panchina rilassante e scale da bagno. Una barca a remi per 4 persone, 2 kayak e 2 tavole stand up paddle sono forniti per il vostro divertimento. La struttura dispone anche di un canestro da basket, lancio di mais, croquet, ferri di cavallo, pallavolo, bocce, 4 biciclette, giochi d'acqua / sabbia, giubbotti di salvataggio, ecc. Sono forniti per il vostro uso.

Un campo di pickle ball è stato recentemente aggiunto al lotto posteriore e tutte le attrezzature sono fornite. Divertiti a giocare lo sport in più rapida crescita negli Stati Uniti.

Campi da golf si trovano nelle vicinanze con Silver Lake Country club situato adiacente al lago che è aperto al pubblico. Una varietà di meravigliosi negozi e ristoranti si trovano nel raggio di 5 miglia del cottage. In inverno Cannonsburg Ski Resort si trova a 2 miglia a sud della casa.

Nice house lakeside to celebrate graduation from Calvin University. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and the peddle boat. Enough equipment for all of us to be out on the lake at the same time. Brian was easy to talk with and had everything labeled nicely. Would stay again.

We had the best family vacation here! The house is fully loaded with everything you could need for a large family. Cleaning supplies, beds, stocked kitchen, outdoor space, and amazing views. I could not recommend this place enough. We’ve already booked another week next year.

We chose to stay here for a weekend to be able to visit Art Prize is Grand Rapids. The location was perfect. The lake was beautiful and the home exceptional. The home was clean and organized. There was plenty of room for our family. Outside was such a great place to hang out and relax. Neighbor was super nice!

Absolutely loved the property. Yard was level, functional and access to the water was close. Loved having all the water toys & crafts. The beach was an added bonus! The home itself was nice, wish it would have had 3 Bedrooms with doors. Only 2 of the "rooms" had a door for privacy. Took my whole family from VA and our extended family who lives in MI were over every day and we had a blast! Thanks so much for a fabulous week:) Frances C.

I have never stayed in such a clean, well equipped house. It was absolutely the best choice for our stay in the area. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed some great family time. Brian is a great host. We'll be back!

Wonderful cozy getaway. Right on beautiful lake. Has all the comforts of home needed. 4 season room. Extra portable heaters or cooling devices if desired. Blankets. Games. Kitchen and bathroom supplies. Every door was labeled which was great so you know where things are and also where to put them back

Gorgeous location! The owner was very responsive and accommodating throughout our time and handled any concerns promptly. While it’s an older home, some of the downstairs was remodeled and beautifully done, especially the sunroom! The home was very well stocked for our 10 day stay. The beds were very comfortable. Our only feedback to the owner was that the upstairs loft with the queen bed is not a true 3rd bedroom so there was no privacy for that area. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very happy and satisfied with the property, amenities, communication with the owner, and the location. Very clean and well stocked supplies, plenty of space for my 7 person group, beds and sleeping areas aplenty. We mostly stayed inside for our duration (by choice) and the group definitely did not feel claustrophobic or needed to get out. 5 min drive to a grocery store, several location well-known establishments, and just a short drive to GR or Rockford proper. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great location and a great property any time of the year.

Our daughter got married in Grand Rapids and she and her bridesmaids were all able to stay with us at the house. It was a great setting for her and bridesmaids to get ready in the morning of her wedding. Beautiful spot on the lake.

We had the best time at this adorable house on the lake for our bachelorette trip. Plenty of room for our group to spread out, but also spend time together. Sleep accommodations all over the house, gorgeous view. Quiet neighborhood. We loved this space, thank you Brian!

House was awesome and was very easy to accommodate 9 people! Anything you could need at your home away from home for the week was there. The lake/beach was awesome and having access to the numerous water toys was a great time! Definitely will be visiting again in the future forsure.

Communication was fantastic. We got two of his Lakehouses for my family to stay for our wedding. It was a great place for everyone to spend time together and relax before and after the wedding. The houses are clean, and the view is beautiful. I really loved that everything was labeled, so it was easy to find anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and any of his other properties to anyone.

Nice place. Has everything you need. REALLY appreciated how easy it was to find everything, labels are everywhere and it made life soooo much easier. Close to food options if you don’t want to cook. Nice beach area, we also rented the boat which I would recommend. Shallow water, great for kids. Owner was easy to work with and very nice. Pillows were SUPER soft and comfortable. Really nothing negative to say except we had some rainy weather which is no one’s fault but Mother Nature!
