“First room we had the beds were broken and coming off the base. Had to wait for housekeeping just to tell us no that’s not something I can do we need to get maintenance who eventually showed up only to be told that he needed housekeeping too as the beds needed to be fully torn apart to be fixed. Rooms were then switched. New room was ok. The bathroom faucet was extremely loose. “If you want a quiet place to sleep this isn’t the place. The hotel is close to the highway which makes it loud. The fridge makes loud humming, the air conditioning is loud and off button was missing. You can hear clearly when the upstairs turn on the air conditioner and water. 630am Sunday morning we were woken by loud blower and hedge trimmer. I called front desk and they told me it was in front of the hotel but didn’t know of there was a sound ordnance. I have never heard people being able to...

“1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn.”
