COSY COTTAGE Old FashionCharm

Un adorabile, buon vecchio stile cottage sulla spiaggia in stile New England ti aspetta quando prenoti un soggiorno con noi.
Un sacco di fascino, accogliente e ideale per una sola persona o fuga romantica per due.
Situato a pochi passi dall'oceano e Front and Back Beach, a piedi da negozi del centro, ristoranti, Shalin Liu Music Performance Center, e dieci minuti
camminare fino alla ferrovia dei pendolari per Boston. Il treno si ferma a Salem se stai cercando di partecipare alla caduta Haunted Happenings. Puoi persino arrivare con la ferrovia dei pendolari.
C'è un posto auto e un parcheggio in strada disponibile.
Il cottage è completamente attrezzato con tutte le lenzuola, pentole e padelle, anche gli asciugamani da spiaggia sono inclusi, sedie a sdraio su richiesta. Piccolo ponte con un tavolo per due.
Altri servizi includono tv via cavo, wifi disponibile, unità finestra AC, stufa di piccole dimensioni, frigorifero full size, Keurig, comodo letto full size.
Affitti di proprietà da maggio a ottobre e attualmente tutte le date sono disponibili; Settembre e ottobre sono tempi ideali per visitare con temperature negli anni '60 e '70, giornate calde notti fresche. Giornate perfette per lunghe passeggiate su sentieri boschivi e sentieri lungo l'oceano facilmente raggiungibili a piedi o in auto o in autobus.

Janet was very helpful as we didn't want to rent a car knowing Salem would be busy. She was able to give us great directions from the train to the cottage, and was very welcoming and personable. We had a wonderful stay and a great time in Salem, Rockport and Boston. The cottage is cozy and quaint - just know the doorways are a bit short, so ducking may be required...:)

My stay was relaxing. The place is very small even for one person. The queen bed covers the entire bedroom and mattress needs updating in my opinion. The owner is right next door and watches everything. Parking is tight. I really wanted alone time it was hard with homes so close to each other. EXCELLENT SAFE LOCATION!!!!!

Cozy Cottage is a great place for couple to stay. It is small but had everything we needed. It is close the downtown. Very quiet location. This is the second time we have stayed here and would do it again.

Perfect and Precious tiny cottage by the sea

Janet the owner was the the sweetest thing ever and consistently helpful with things like directions, recommendations, etc often before I even had to ask! The cottage has the tiny house feel and is perfectly located for all adventures to surrounding areas. We did Boston, Salem, Gloucester, Berlin, Rockport, Woodstock. Vermont, Concorde, New Hampshire, etc. and it made things super easy to accomplish a ton in 6 days. The town of Rockport itself is precious and I highly recommend Brothers Brew for breakfast, donuts, and coffee. George’s and Lobsta Land in Gloucester. The cottage was cute, clean well thought out and stocked with anything needed and we just adored our time there. Would love to be back soon! Thanks to Janet! You were amazing and such a sweetheart.

Cozy little cottage.

It was perfect for our needs. Fridge, coffer maker, microwave etc. The bedroom was pretty small and we hit our heads the first 2 days. A “Watch your head” sign might be a good reminder to duck. Loved her gardens and outside table and chairs. We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage!

Another wonderful trip

I have stayed at this property before, so I was glad it was available for my latest solo trip. A nice half mile walk to all the dining and shops of Rockport, and a very short drive to Gloucester. The hosts are very nice people eager to make your stay enjoyable.

Vrbo reserved the wrong place

I made a reservation for Sea Mist in Sept of 2023, we have been twice before. However your agent made the reservation at Cozy Cottage. I didn’t realize your error until it was too late. It cost me $512.00 extra to stay at the Sea Mist where I thought I had a reservation. I would like a refund

Disappointed

The photos in the listing did not disclose physical aspects that made it prohibitive for us to stay there at our age and circumstances. So we were forced to find something else at the last moment. Had we known about these issues, we would not have rented. It is highly disappointing not to have some sort of compromise in terms of refund which the owner has refused unless rented by others within days of our intended stay - something highly unlikely.

Peaceful Cottage!

This cottage offering cleanliness, comfort and peacefulness is just a short walk to Front Beach and all that is so enjoyable in Rockport. Beautiful gardens! The cottage suited me perfectly, this is my second visit with Janet and Mike. They are the most wonderful hosts I have ever met!
