Hotel vicino a Rocky Arena Complex - Rocky Mountain House

“Excellent breakfast with “real” ingredients and made to order. Overall the facility has seen better days. We were informed that Rocky Mountain has experienced increased break ins and thefts of cars recently. This was posted at the front desk and also in each individual room. This made us very concerned and the first thing we did in the morning was to check if our car was still there and undamaged. Not very reassuring concerning the location. ”

“Good hot tub, excellent breakfast, and clean comfy rooms. Location between coffee and food was a bonus! Parking lot was rough, and muddy, but understandable considering the area. If you can get a room on the back side; much quieter as opposed to the front where idling diesel trucks are started at 4am and are noisy. Did have another small complaint; why are the housekeepers starting to clean rooms and talking loud in the hallways before 7am??”

“Our crew had no complaints and are staying while they finish up the project.”

“The only complaint is the heat pump noise ,could not sleep had to unplug my unit,still woke up to the other rooms heat pumps making noise.other than that I will stay there again ”

“Definitely outdated for sure both the property and rooms alike. The TV didn't work, the heater had burn marks and there were mysterious stains on the rug. The whole place smelled old and like mold. But the staff was nice.”

“The building is older and very run down on the outside - we were questioning whether we wanted to go inside. We checked out the room and it seemed fine. A note to the hotel; Please ask the cleaners to clean the coffee pot and dump out the old grinds, we are tea drinkers, so it was pretty gross. I would also consider changing the 1970's bathroom floor with all the old cigarette burns in it. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet.”

“Always good to stay at Cow Lake. Easy check-in and out. Friendly staff. Cabin could use an update and add a few amenities to the room like shampoo, body wash, and better hand soap for the bathroom, an initial supply of coffee & coffee filters. The General store has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Wifi and TV was great. Lots of space. Our pups were very comfortable. Nice quiet spot if you are looking for a friendly place to hang out. ”
