Hotel vicino a Rocky Lakes Golf Course - Springfield

“Great place”

“Only wall light in sleeping area and the switch was by the entry door. Would have liked a lamp by the bed.”

“The place needs to be updated. You wouldn't no it was a hotel. There was cockroaches in our room as well .”

“Emma’s is such a beautiful house! So many great antiques and beautiful art. “Do updates”

They did not contact us at all to inform us of the situation. Expedia tried to find us another hotel close by but we ended up having to drive back home. Do not stay at this hotel!!!”

“The room was clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“There was blood spots and dog urine on the bed sheets!! The chair was filthy, there was something in between the couch cushions I don’t even know what it was cause I didn’t want to touch it. There was black mold in the shower, the shower floor was gray with dirt. There was disgusting garbage piled up at the building entrance. This place was absolutely gross!! Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. I checked out moments after check in, returned the keys and showed them the pictures I took....
