Summary:
This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is the perfect destination for large groups, as it sleeps up to 18 guests. The house comes equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Beautiful new construction earlier in 2023. We are located in a no wake cove, which is perfect for swimming. There is a refrigerator on the dock to help keep drinks and snacks cold while enjoying the lake.

The Space:

Inside, the house boasts a gourmet kitchen, complete with a double oven and 6-burner gas stove. The Kitchen Aid mixer is perfect for whipping up delicious meals and desserts. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dishes to make cooking a breeze.

The living room features a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly nights. Each bedroom is equipped with a 50" TV for your entertainment needs.

The house features 2 bedrooms on the main level, perfect for those who want to avoid stairs. The child safety gate at the stairs, highchair, and porta crib provide peace of mind for families traveling with young children.

The lower level game room is a great place to hang out and relax. It features a large TV and two game/card tables. The wet bar is perfect for mixing up drinks, and the full-size refrigerator with ice maker ensures that you always have cold beverages on hand.

Outside, guests will find a Corn Hole set up, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather. The screened-in porch, complete with furniture, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The gas grill is great for hosting barbecues and outdoor gatherings.

For those who love the water, the dock with wet steps, Lily Pad, and saddle floats provide endless entertainment. Guests should bring their own life jackets for safety, although some are provided. This property includes a 10'x26' boat slip to park your boat.

Additionally, Lake of the Ozarks State Park has public boat launches and trailer parking.

Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway and 3 in the garage, with unlimited parking on the street.

Weekend Getaway

This property offers so much more than the pictures show. Plenty of surprises to be found and a perfect home for hosting friends and family for a vacation. Conveniently located about 10 minutes from boat rentals, 15 from beautiful golf courses and 20 from the downtown strip for shopping and eating. The home offers plenty of privacy despite it being on such a developed lake. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about visiting the area.

Beautiful place, VERY steep driveway!!

Our stay started out with a two hour delay, not being unable to get into the house. The code had not been sent to us, and communication was lacking. It took several trips up and down the driveway to get all of our stuff down because our van could not drive down (WAY too steep). Make sure you have a truck or high off the ground vehicle here. Small cleaning issues- moldy coffee cup in the microwave and moldy coffee filter in the pot. Otherwise, it was very clean! There was no access to a Lillypad like advertised. Communication was very poor tried several times to call the number to get into the shed at the dock, but it was no longer in service. On the VRBO app and was never answered about code. There are several really great amenities about the house. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Main complaint is poor communication with the property managers.

Family Getaway

Clean and beautiful home! Comfortably fit 16 with all the amenities! Kids used lily pad and floaties and the screened in porch was perfect. Driveway was very steep for vehicles and we ended up parking on the road. Overall, very enjoyable stay and beautiful area.

Perfect for families

We had a wonderful long weekend at Treetops. The house was spotless and more than enough space for our group of 15 (8 adults, 7 young children). The screened-in porch was a favorite hang out spot and the large driveway was a nice spot for the kids to play as well. Bonus feature was a built-in gate at the top of the stairs for little ones. We would absolutely recommend Treetops and plan to stay here again for future trips.

Peaceful Family Getaway

My family had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and the furnishings were comfortable and of high quality. There was plenty of space for all of us and the family room couch was a hit with everyone. The bedroom with the bunk beds was also a hit with our kids. The driveway is a little steep so it was difficult for one out of our three cars to go up and down. Also there are a lot of steps to get down to the lake from the house so that could be an issue for older grandparents. However once you are at the dock it is perfect. It is large enough that people can hangout at a picnic table or in a chair. There is also a fridge on the doc so you can hang out for a long time. We also loved that the property had a lily pad for the kids and numerous floaties that we could use. The dock is the only one on its side of the cove so we were able to spread out in the water and it is in a no wake zone so we felt safe letting our kids hang out in the water all day. The house had a screened in porch which we got a lot of use out of too. The only downside was that there were some gnats and wood scorpions inside which I am sure probably happens with most lake homes and having nature so close. I would recommend this property to anyone that is wanting a relaxing getaway with their family. It is perfect for hanging out at the house together and having fun!! If you have guests that want to do bars and mire things in town then you might want a different destination.

Great stay!

We stayed at this house for the week of July 4th. It is a great location near the main channel but still a quiet cove to get away from the business of the week. The house was great; clean, comfortable, good amenities. We would definitely recommend this house to others and if we ever go back to Lake of the Ozarks would stay there again. The driveway is very steep so I would beware of this depending on drivers and types of cars. With that being said there seemed to be a good amount of street parking for those who are able to walk the steep driveway.

Magnificent

The house was incredible! Loved it ! Very clean, new, comfy and the owners were very very quick and answered every time we called! Will rent it again before the summer is over!!!
