Hotel vicino a Rocky Narrows - Boston

“This is a self check/in, which I have done before. I was sent a confirmation with check-in code and told I would be in the forest room. I got to the Inn late, after the PLL lacrosse games and dropping my son off. Around 11:30. When I got to the forest room, someone else was asleep in the room. Thankfully they had used the chain lock on the door, and I saw them asleep. I was exhausted, didn’t want to wake the person sleeping in the room, and called Jesse and who is the manager. “Beautiful hotel, needs recycling that’s separate from trash though (had a pop can that I wanted to toss but was directed to put in trash can as if I wouldn’t know the difference; counter staff should’ve just said that no recycling existed). would definitely stay there again, but a greeting that I don’t have to initiate would be nice; streaming worked, bed was comfy, hotel/room was nice & quiet, but didn’t enjoy the stain on one of the sheets. Why sheets with such an obvious stain would be reused...

“We enjoyed our stay at The Verve Hotel! The hotel was lovely with access to shopping and other amenities close by. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)”

Limited parking in front of building, parking in back is inconvenient for entry. Seating in breakfast is stained beyond cleaning”

“It’s a good motel with decent beds & a TV that works. It was reasonably clean. That said: The Bath drain seemed to be plugged with something. Not sure what it was or if it was intentional. There appeared to be some kind of moths in the room flying mostly around the sink and the bathrooms. This was a turn off but not a deal breaker. But it wasn’t like the place reeked of weed or if there were cigarette packs with half burnt roaches in them left under the bed. (Things we’ve experienced...

“The room was neat, clean, and updated. The pool was clean and a nice temp. Our room just happened to receive a new AC, it worked amazingly.”

“Staff is super friendly. Breakfast had good choices and the always wonderful make your own waffles. Our room was on the highway side so you can hear the cars going by if you’re not used to that. Rooms do not block out the hall noise but the light blocking curtains are a perk. Good size bathroom in the king bed room and plenty of room in the main space.”

“Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room.”
