“Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating.”

“Such a cute studio that has everything you need. Communication from the host was excellent. It’s a nice quiet part of the island and proximity to the beach was great! Loved that we could pack light and use beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware etc. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The unit was very clean, comfortable and quiet!It is obviously new to the VRBO market and could definitely use some other kitchen utensils. Cutting board, knife block, oven mitts would have been helpful. Otherwise it was a great location to downtown for our weekend in Wilmington for a friends wedding! Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!”

We even cooked dinner for some family members which allowed us time to visit and connect….a much better choice than a restaurant.The location is so perfect as well. We did not have a car and enjoyed walking to area restaurants and shops.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in a converted historic home in downtown Wilmington NC! The location couldn't have been more perfect - everything from shops and restaurants to local markets was just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.Our host was fantastic- always in communication and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this spot to anyone...

“Long weekend getaway in downtown Wilmington. The condo was exactly as advertised and modern. Excellent view of the river, bridges and USS North Carolina battleship. Central and easily walkable to all of the restaurants, bars, shopping, and the water walkway. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit, so there was no outside noise, which is awesome for me, as I am a light sleeper. Checking and checking out was a breeze and the owner was excellent to communicate with. Would defintely...
