“Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband...

“Great location, only a few steps from the beach. Perfect size for a family with two kids. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The bathrooms are updated and having the extra half bathroom is great if someone is showering in the full bathroom. It's only one floor up for easy loading/unloading, but still has an ocean view. Our child loved the bunkbed and we were comfy in the king bed. We'll be back!”

“The rooms were nice and clean. They are open like a studio apartment but that worked good for our three families that rented three rooms. It was really nice to have a full kitchen. The pullout wasn’t too comfortable but the beds were. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This property is lovely and everything we hoped for the only complaint I have is about check-in/check out times. Currently they are set and don't offer early or late check in /check out times or additional parking passes. Parking on surf city is very difficult , so these amenities would be helpful.”
