“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Last minute booking and happy with the hotel. Kids loved the pool, small but with a slide that made it fun. Breakfast was good and the lady who worked there was lovely, friendliest member of the hotel staff.”

“Staff was nice. Swimming pool and hod tub area very clean.”

“Told the staff that we were passing through to get married and they upgraded us to a suite. We did have an issue with the AC In our room and the staff brought up a fan and offered to switch us rooms. We stayed and they had it fixed by the next day and even left us a dessert to celebrate our wedding. Overall a fantastic stay and great customer service, and would recommend to anyone.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
