Oceanfront home with private theater, hot tub, pool & pool table

New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Beach Music is music to the ears of both ocean lovers and movie buffs.

This oceanfront home is one of the few Outer Banks vacation homes with a private movie theater. This theater with This theater with 70 inch Roku TV, s the perfect place to watch a favorite film, a big game, or a selection from the DVD library of 100-plus movies. Eight TVs are equipped are smart Roku TVs.

Venture outside, and you'll find a world of entertainment waiting by the 10-foot x 25-foot private pool. A relaxing hot tub awaits nearby, and a basketball goal provides a little competitive action. Multiple levels of furnished decks offer ample space to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Keep the fun going in the first-floor game room with a pool table and a full refrigerator, or head upstairs to unwind in the great room with soaring ceilings and an electric fireplace. Everyone in the family will also appreciate the shaded porch overlooking the oceanfront sundecks. At night, the four primary bedrooms provide plenty of privacy and comfort.

The private pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.

We had a great stay! If you are looking for a quiet community this is it. It’s at the end of a short drive and plenty of parking. We seen so a lot wildlife. 3 huge raccoons, a possum, and the morning we left we seen a huge buck walking the dunes! And plenty of birds. If you are a bird watcher the island before the one where the house is, is a wildlife refuge. Birds everywhere! It’s called Pea Island! We also seen 2 light house and did some hiking to where one of the light house use to be. Also the house is right between 2 piers. The kids enjoyed the skate park, pier and the bait store near the house is awesome too. Waves deli, Bros sandwiches, and La Fogota were all delicious! We can’t wait for next year!

This house is NOTHING like the photos online. It is dated, the screened in porch was busted and didnt have any screens in them rendering it useless. We found broken furniture, broken blinds, WINDOW units for A/C which leaked everywhere so they had towels stuffed under them. We found old moldy dirty pillows stuffed next to the beds. The house was filthy. The doors wouldnt lock and we called for someone to fix them and nobody showed up. VACASA is a horrible management company and we will never again use them to book any vacations.

The house was very dirty. There was mold on the walls and ceilings in a couple of the rooms. We had to spend the first day cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms. This was after i discussed with them about the cleanliness of the house before we arrived. We were very disappointed. After we cleaned the house I did reach out to them and they did agree to give us compensation equal to one night. We just left so we have not received the funds yet. I do hope they hold up what they said they would do. I would not recommend anyone to stay there until they address the issues that were brought to there attention

Beach music

We enjoyed spending time with the family. What we paid for the house it should have been cleanier and not run down. Lots of things needed to be fixed because of wear and tear. The house was a let down, but we mase the best of it.

Large, unclean house

The house had plenty of space for our group. The furniture was slightly uncomfortable. It was nice that it had beach access. However, the house was very dirty. Several of the beds had sand/dirt in them. We called the property manager and they were supposed to bring clean sheets but they never showed up. The person finally called the day before we were supposed to leave but at that point we had already taken care of it. The floors desperately needed to be mopped. I always walk barefoot but I kept my shoes on our entire stay. The kids walked barefoot and the bottom of their feet were literally black. I’m an easygoing person so we decided to give it a try even after seeing the reviews, but it was definitely dirtier than I expected.

Filthy and Deteriorated

July 15-22, 2023. Mold and mildew in the silverware tray so deeply imbedded that I could not scrub it out. The cupboard around this draw smelled like old mouse urine. All items in the kitchen needed to be washed...took 6 hours! Ripped screens in one bedroom and side porch. House smelled dirty. Blood on one of the bed's sheets. Did not appear to be professionally cleaned. Outside showers were filthy and floors sagged due to insufficient supports. Loose garbage was scattered around the property. Collected 1/2 a bag of garbage that was scattered in the theater which was not hooked up for movies or gaming...this took us another 2 hours. The outlet cover in one of the kid's rooms was broken so as to expose wires. A bedroom door had a broken hinge. Air conditioning was unreliable. First floor refrigerator smelled strongly of fish. The ice maker in refrigerator was not working and the water filter was in need of replacing. Water dripping from a bedroom ceiling. Rugs were worn and smelly. Took management 4 days to come and then did little until it was time for us to leave. No partial refund was offered by the owners or management company. I have lots of photos, but just look at other recent reviews and don't stay here. I truly believe the owners are waiting for a hurricane to "fix" this property. This was a once in a life-time trip for our family that was 2 years in the planning...very disappointing.

Great location but disappointing conditions

The location of this property and the size of the house was great, however, when we arrived, there was trash all in the house around the property, trash bins were overflowing. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty the tables were sticky. There’s only two towels provided for each guest for the entire duration of our stay, which was not sufficient. The doors did not all lock, causing security concerns. The volleyball net was all torn , sand pit not maintained, broken umbrellas laying on the ground by the sand pit... We had trouble with the media room not working and I had to contact the management company several times. In the end, all of the issues still were not resolved and we made the best of it but definitely would not stay here again, unless their significant upgrades to the house and changes to ensure Cleanliness.
