“While we were welcomed with a smile and the check-in process was efficient, the breakfast was far from satisfactory and does not reflect the usual high standards expected from your establishment. Having stayed at this hotel before, I have come to anticipate better quality. Unfortunately, both mornings' breakfasts fell short.
The food served was merely lukewarm and unappetizing. The bacon was congealed and clumped together, the scrambled eggs were dry, and the beans were in the same unfortunate...
