“Vi rotet litt selv, sjekket oss selv inn på overnattingsstedet, men vi var ikke på riktig sted, dette oppdaget vi når eier dukket opp, men maken til kundeservice og forståelse har jeg nesten ikke opplevd! Han sjekket litt og i løpet av meget kort tid fikk vi være på stedet.”
