Children’s safety
All children are welcome!
However, the house has stairs and no safety gate can be installed. Two fountains are located a few meters from the entrance. Their depth is limited, but your children remain under your full responsibility.
Please make sure your children are supervised at all times during your stay.
A living wine estate
You’ll be staying in the heart of an authentic working vineyard. The environment is generally calm and ideal for relaxation, but, as on any farm, you may occasionally see a tractor, machine, or vehicle related to vineyard work. This is part of the charm and authenticity of the place.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
