It is available for exclusive use by a single group. The 470 square meter interior is divided into two levels, with the main platou providing a view of a 6.700 square meter private plot. Villa Grandeca is an ideal choice for a family gathering or a romantic getaway, or group of friends due to its meticulous attention to detail, diverse offer, and expansive views of the Adriatic Sea, islands, and Rogoznica Bay. Even the pickiest visitors will be enthralled by the sunset views that can be seen from every angle of the property.
The entire villa is filled with full-length windows that seamlessly flow from the interior to the terraces, increasing natural light and giving the interior a feeling of space and airiness. It has free WiFi and complete air conditioning.

NOTE: Pets are permitted on the property only with prior owners approval and an additional fee.

Four cars can park in the private lot, one of which is in the garage, and from there you enter the ground floor living area. A car is required.

Covered dining area with table and chairs, lounge area, wood-charcoal barbecue, bar table with four stoles, and restroom (for men and women).
Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

* The ground floor is fully air-conditioned and offers a comfortable living area of 100 m2 with a beautiful view of the sea, a living room with elegant sofas, including a sofa that can be converted into a single bed, a TV and surround system Bowers and Wilkins, a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, wine cooler, a kettle, Miele coffee bean machine), a kitchen island, and glass walls facing the pool that provides wonderful daylight inside.
Additionally you have a spa area that offers a gym, sauna and massage tub. A 28sqm Gym offering a multifunctional device, an exercise bike and pilates equipment. Next to it is a 29sqm wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a Whirlpool (Hot-tub) overlooking the pool and islands. A separate toilet.
