“I left the hotel due to the power going down and they were unable to get the Internet to work. The power went out right after they took my transaction for the hotel. I never received a key and I ended up going to another hotel. the lady at the front desk assured me I would get a refund and took my name and number down and it didn’t happen so I’m very disappointed”

“Pessimo motel…camera in condizioni pessime, mouquette sporca e puzzolente, aria condizionata rumorosa e incrostata, nessuna tenda oscurante quindi entra luce sia di giorno che di notte, letto sfondato, cuscini consumati…la camera era sporca e piena di polvere, capelli nella doccia…insomma una bettola, sconsiglio vivamente questo motel. Inoltre non c’è nemmeno il caffè la mattina!!!”

“Pretty standard hotel that had everything I need and want. Lots of plugs for my electronic devices in the room, coffee available 24/7, free breakfast and free parking. The room and the surroundings were clean and comfortable. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and I could set the temp in the room (I like it colder when I sleep). “The only thing nice was the pool. Our room smelled like old cigarettes, which I guess that hotel used to be a smoking hotel in the past. We lifted up the sheets on the bed just to check for bedbugs and there was urine all over the mattress protector. We immediately went to the front desk and the front desk lady only offered us a clean set of sheets for us to change ourselves. She wouldn’t move us to a different room. “Rentamos este hotel como a las 8:00 pm porque estamos de viaje e íbamos a dormir en el camino por lo tanto íbamos a llegar en la madrugada, cuando llegamos no había nadie en la oficina solo un número de teléfono al cual llamar pero nunca nos contestaron por lo tanto tuvimos que irnos a rentar otro hotel. Expedía nos va a reembolsar el dinero. Yo reviso las políticas del hotel y en ninguna parte decía que no podía hacer check in tarde sino no lo rento.”
