“Transport is needed to make the most of the property, with (aside from a small mini market) most shops being over 1Km away. For summer stays the pool is ideally situated, however for a jan/ feb stay it is too cold to use. The property itself while spacious is a liitle dated and would benefit from refreshing. “Mooie locatie, alles dichtbij en mooi uitzicht. Huis is wel gedateerd qua interieur en de tuin had weinig sfeer, wat zonde is omdat de plek geweldig is. Interieur zou een opfris beurt kunnen krijgen en de tuin sfeervoller door bijvoorbeeld verlichting en mooie bloempotten. In de tuin kapotte verlichting en rommelig. Zwembad is fantastisch . Ook het solarium was sfeerloos en daardoor niet uitnodigend om te gaan zitten. Heel jammer want het is een geweldige plek!! Er zou zoveel meer van dit huis...

“We were there on august 2018 and we had an amazing holiday. The villa is near the Golf Club Las Ramblas, a wonderful area which is bringing you the idea of a true holiday, very peaceful and quiet. I want to say that the house looks amazing and that the photos don’t show it so well. In the house we found everything that you could imagine, you just have to bring with you the good vibe  . “Without exception everyone in our family party of 13, from 4 - 74 year olds absolutely loved this property. There was plenty of space for all of us and any queries we had were responded to quickly. The swimming pool and upstairs balcony were particularly popular. For us, the location was perfect. The beach was only 2 minutes walk and not busy when we were there, with safe swimming and plenty of space for the kids. “Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay”
