“This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be...

“The vending was out of water by my second day. Hole in the wall behind the toilet. Air conditioner was very loud. Hard to sleep. Room was clean and the staff was good. ”

“This is the best place to stay whenever we come to town! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. If we needed to move to a new room in a flash, they were there to make it happen! Coffee shop down the road and plenty of walking paths. Could use a bigger work-out room. But all in all its a great place to stay! Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful! “The king bed in the Jacuzzi room had a very noticable dip in the middle. the electric blinds didn't work worth a damn, and the screen on the blind control has a crack with an lcd bleed. The water park is nice apart from the walking areas, which really need some resurfacing and since it's closed 4 days a week there's really no excuse for it not to be in 100 out of 100 condition.
