“A very nice hotel in a great area of Orlando. Rooms were spacious, modern-looking, well laid out and clean. Breakfast was above average compared to a typical hotel. Hot brewed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Staff were friendly and very responsive to our needs. ”

“We stayed here as a last minute decision after our flight was cancelled (king room). Perks: the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful and the parking lot lights were bright. Issues: the room was somewhat small, the shower water took 15 minutes to get hot, the patio door was very heavy and difficult to open, and the TV was in an awkward location. ”

“L’hotel in sé non è male, ma la moquette delle camere andrebbe sostituita perché puzza di umidità. In generale l’hotel andrebbe un po’ rinfrescato ma tutto sommato ok. Gradito l’aperitivo gratuito la sera e la colazione ben fatta e varia. Il down town di orlando non vale la visita”

“Breakfast is an additional 23$ per person for a basic cereal and juice breakfast you could buy at publix for 10$. The pool is not heated and is freezing and the hot tub is not functional, it was broken when we came and that is the selling point of why we came to this hotel.their parking fee is 150$ per vehicle per night and also their deposit is 75$ per night, which they will not tell you until check in. The bistro is almost 50$ per person and is very basic food. Save your money and go somewhere...

“I was there for three nights and housekeeping didn't it come at all. Amenities were all extra charges, including water even though the sink water was not drinkable. The staff was super nice and helpful consistently, and the property was comfortable.”

“Breakfast is waffle-heavy, good scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, only small flavored yogurts, mediocre coffee, no gluten-free bread or pastries. On the morning I left, I skipped the free breakfast for one at Orlando airport. Snack area at the front desk had lots of cheap red wine.”
