“The remodeled hotel was nice and clean. It does not have a restaurant nor offer laundry service. Also, it did not have a coffee maker or water boiler. However, there is a nice restaurant at the side of their parking lot. A nice breakfast buffet was included.”

“Bella struttura, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, buon ristorante italiano. Anche se siamo arrivati tardi ci hanno fatto utilizzare la spa solo per noi. Straconsigliato.”

“Stanza molto spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Nessun disturbo durante le ore notturne. Atmosfera tranquilla. Vicino a grande supermarket.”

“L'hotel ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo; ho soggiornato presso altre strutture a Galati ma questo mi pare senz'altro il migliore. Ottimo il ristorante interno (Lira Restaurant) con piatti di cucina internazionale. Purtroppo io ho avuto un disguido con la prenotazione: avevo prenotato una camera con letto king ed invece mi hanno riservato una stanza con 2 letti singoli ed alla reception mi hanno detto che non avevano altre camere a disposizione da darmi con la sistemazione richiesta: spero...

“We’ve had a great experience with our stay. This is the second year we are seeing my parents and stay at this place for a few days. This time we spent ten days in Piatra Neamț and this hotel was exactly what we needed and expected. Very clean, the cleaning crew did an amazing job throughout the week, very quick in responding to any questions we had during our stay, looking forward to our next vacation in one year. ”

“L’unico elemento positivo è la posizione molto centrale ed una bella vista sul Palazzo della Cultura (se si ha l’affaccio fortunato). Per il resto mi limito a dire che in questo hotel sembra che il tempo si sia fermato agli anni 70, così come la sua manutenzione. La colazione poi era piuttosto povera sia in qualità che in quantità ma guai a farlo notare al cameriere.”
