“The breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay. We received a room with a view of air conditioning condensers and kitchen exhaust fans. The door in the bathroom had a stain from where wet towels were hung by previous guests. The facility was under renovation which is understandable, but the work stared at 7:00am. “This was our first time here. Just passing through to pick up a camper. This property is beautiful! Very very well maintained. Very clean and well kept. May not be modern but everything is very nice and spotless! The grounds are gorgeous with ponds, a walking trail, even a covered bridge. There is an outdoor fire pit that we didn’t get a chance to use but very nice. The breakfast was very good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheesy has browns, cereal and all the normal stuff. “I have been renting 2 rooms here every week for employees. They are charging $6/night if a room is rented from a third party such as Expedia. We will no longer use this establishment. I use Expedia to get our rooms at a discount- if I’m charged $24/room/week it defeats the purpose. ”
