Ampio e moderno appartamento attaccato a città del Vaticano.

La casa appena ristrutturata, con il pavimento in legno e dalla metratura generosa 119 m2, è composta da:
- 1 soggiorno open space con cucina
- 2 spaziose camere matrimoniali
- 1 camera singola
- 3 bagni completi

Situata al centro del quartiere più richiesto di Roma, è a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Risorgimento e da una delle vie commerciali più rinomate.

Perfetto per famiglie o amici che si vogliono godere al meglio Roma.

La camera matrimoniale è fornita di un letto queen size, nella seconda camera sono presenti due letti singoli (si possono unire su richiesta) e la terza camera, leggermente più piccola, ha un letto singolo.
Ogni ospite avrà a disposizione due cuscini, Classico e Memory Foam.

Ciascuna camera è fornita di armadi dove riporre i vostri vestiti e di un bagno privato completo, garantendo un'ottima privacy dal resto della famiglia o dagli amici.

I bagni, di marmo, hanno cabine doccia molto spaziose. Vengono forniti kit di cortesia con shampoo e bagnoschiuma, oltre all’asciugacapelli.

Il soggiorno, molto luminoso, ha un comodo divano ed un grande tavolo in legno dove potersi riunire per mangiare e divertirsi tutti insieme.

La cucina è nuova, come il resto dell’appartamento, ed è fornita di tutti i comfort come frigo, lavastoviglie, forno, bollitore, macchina del caffè Nespresso e vari utensili da cucina.

My family and I had a great time in Rome and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was close to a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, markets and shops so anything that you could need is easily accessible. The Ottaviano merto station is a short walk away although it was closed during our stay. It opens again in early September 2024 so it shouldn't be an issue for most people reading this review. The apartment was clean, had comfortable beds, air conditioning in the two larger bedrooms, and nice bathrooms located in each bedroom. There is also a small lift that goes up the center of the stairs which was great after a long day of exploring the city. The property owner Frederico was responsive and very easy to work with as well. I look forward to returning to this beautiful city soon and will likely stay hear again.

I just spent the past 5 days in Rome staying at this fabulous flat. The flat was perfect with 3BR and 3 ensuite bathrooms. It is also in a nice location with a fantastic coffee shop/acai/smoothie shop right below and a couple of great restaurants nearby. Federico was very responsive and helpful ensuring access to the apartment as well.

the apartment is excellent with three bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom. there is air conditioning to make the stay comfortable. We were very comfortable in the space with 5 adults. the owner has information for local restaurants, coffee shops and markets which we used and enjoyed those locations. It was always easy to communicate with the owner and he responded quickly each interaction. The apartment is close to a metro stop and in a nice neighborhood that is quiet at night also.

We enjoyed staying at this apartment while in Rome. The location was very close to Vatican. The apartment is clean and beautiful and we enjoyed getting to spread out a bit since there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is delicious açai breakfast place just downstairs and out the door, and so many restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

We just finished our stay at this property. We absolutely loved it and we were very sad to leave. The location is perfect. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood with many delicious restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the Vatican. Our favorite restaurant was Emma's Pizzeria. We were no more than 15 to 20 minutes away from the Coliseum and Trevi Fountain by metro or taxi. Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Federico was available at all times to answer any question and give recommendations to help make our trip easier. We highly recommend this property and hope to return someday to Rome and stay there again.

We stayed just two night before a family cruise…. And our experience did not disappoint! The neighborhood is lovely with close proximity to the Vatican, and easy access to other major sights not to be missed. There are many dining options around every corner. The apartment was clean, bright, and the perfect spot to rest after a long day of travel and sight seeing. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nicely appointed. Our host was the perfect amount of attentiveness…friendly and welcoming and available if we needed anything, including answering questions about the area. Thank you for a great stay!

This adorable apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Each bedroom contained a private bath, giving all of us extra space and privacy. We slept well in the comfortable beds after a full day of touring beautiful Roma! The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated with modern decor. We were grateful for the espresso and delicious cookies left by our host as well as the elevator in the building when we first arrived with all of our luggage! The apartment is in a great location, with restaurants, wine cafe and shopping near by. The Vatican was an easy 15 minute walk. The host was very responsive and easy to work which we very much appreciated! We will most definitely come back to this apartment when we return!

A perfect home for exploring Rome! Family of 5 adults, so the bedroom set up worked well, all having en suite bathrooms was great. We were there during the July heatwave, so we were very grateful for the air conditioning. Easy access to bus (there’s a stop just around the corner), metro (8 minute walk), great restaurants (loved La Soffitta) and shopping. Federico is a great host, we can’t wait to return! Grazie Mille!
