The Space
If you're looking for a comfortable and stylish place to call home during your stay in the Eternal City, this beautifully redesigned apartment is an excellent choice. It is located on the first floor of a historic building (second floor by American standards) in the exclusive Parione district. This area stretches from Corso Vittorio Emanuele to Via dei Coronari and offers a perfect combination of privacy and centrality.

Vicolo dei Febo sits just beside Piazza Navona, once the site of Emperor Domitian’s stadium and now one of Rome’s most iconic and picturesque attractions. Most of the city’s historical treasures are easily reachable on foot.

The apartment features three separate bedrooms, connected by a central corridor. At one end, you'll find the master bedroom and guest bedroom, while a third bedroom is located near the entrance. Two full bathrooms are conveniently placed at opposite ends of the apartment, providing easy access for all guests.

The heart of the home is a spacious and inviting living and dining area, complete with a sofa bed. This open space is perfect for relaxing after a long day or enjoying a shared meal. Adjacent to the living room is a full-size kitchen, equipped with premium appliances including a gas stove, washing machine, standard oven, and a cozy breakfast bar for morning coffee or tea.

The entire apartment is newly furnished and flooded with natural light thanks to large east-facing windows. During the summer months, air conditioning units located in the living room and hallway effectively cool the entire space. Although there are no AC units directly in the bedrooms, the strategic positioning of the cooling system combined with a fan ensures a pleasant temperature throughout.

Note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we offer an option to check in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, allowing you to drop off your bags while the apartment is being cleaned. The fee for this early check-in is €20. We will do our best to have the property ready by your arrival time; however, we guarantee it will be ready by 3:00 PM.

2️⃣ NOTES FOR YOUR STAY
1.Always keep your front door fully closed and locked when leaving your apartment.

2.Avoid disturbing your neighbors. Be considerate of the people that live in your building.

3 NO PARTIES. If things go missing or get damaged, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

4.Throw your daily trash in the main trash bins in the building entrance or on the street as indicated at the entrance of your building.

5.Keep TV & Music Volume low before 8am and after 10pm.

6.Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help keep pests to a minimum. Rome is an old city and it has cockroaches, mice, rats and scorpions !

7.Linen and towels must only be used for their specific use.

8.Feminine products and other items must be thrown in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet blocks or the sink clogs it may be due to what you are putting down there and you will be liable for the cost.

9.Close your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.

10 Please do not slam the doors in the apartment as it causes paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbors.

11 Do not attempt to make any calls using the apartments phone line. Any calls registered during your stay will be charged to you.

12. If something is not clean enough or you have any technical issue with an appliance or TV ...Please let us know so we can take care of it for you :) Our goal is for you to have a pleasant stay.
