At the 7th floor (with elevator) of a stylish building dating back to the Seventies.
All the bedrooms are spacious, very bright, comfortable and extremely finely furnished. DAILY BREAKFAST and CLEANING every other day without additional costs.

The apartment offers:
1 entrance;
5 big bedrooms (they can be double, triple or quadruple with queen size beds and single beds - no sofa);
1 single bedroom;
3 full bathrooms (the box shower in each bathroom);
1 dining room with a table for 16 people;
1 kitchen fully equipped with electric induction cooktop, oven, toaster, hot drinks machine (coffe, chocolate, cappuccino, tea, barley), refrigerator, pots, mixer, dishes, glasses and cutlery for 16 people.
1 washing machine and 1 dishwasher machine. 3 hairdryers in each bathroom. 1 iron and 1 iron board.

The apartment can accommodate up to 16 people.

Each room have all comforts such as air conditioning, LCD TV, free WiFi, wooden floors.

The property is located in the heart of Rome and in a strategic position.
It is ideal for all those who want to be close to the Vatican City, the Pope, the subway and to the most important city sites.
The subway stop Cipro/Musei Vaticani and the many bus lines provide easy access to the city center and the main historical and artistic area.

This six bedroom three bathrooms was amazing for our stay of six people!!!! It was clean and bright. We loved having breakfast foods and the coffee maker was amazing! Beautiful balcony views and conveniently located near the Vatican.

We all enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were grateful for the complementary breakfasts to get us going in the morning. The location was perfect - walking distance to the Vatican and metro with a grocery store on the first floor of the building. Our family enjoyed sitting around the large dining table for meals. The price fit our budget. Federica was a fabulous host. Responsive to all our questions on VRBO. It was also helpful to have housekeeping bring breakfast in advance and freshen the apartment with new towels and linens. I would highly recommend this place.

It was a great place to stay for a large group. It had lots of rooms and bathrooms. It does lack for large open space, but each room has its own TV with a connection to Netflix. There was a market in the bottom of the building and a number of good, cheap places to eat nearby. It was a great place to stay.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s. This one is outstanding. The owner is great very personable and very knowledgeable of the area. She arranged for us airport pick up and also ship port drop off. And even arrange for my wife to have her nails done in Rome. I have never had a host that was this nice of a host, I’m recommending her to my travel agent so she can get more business. Bring her a gift of American candy’s. The place was clean and near the Vatican. Grocery store and pharmacy very close. She gets 1000% in my rating.

This place was perfect for our large group of 13 people. There was plenty of comfy beds for everyone and a daily continental breakfast. My family loved the amazing espresso machine along with the every other day cleaning service. The best part is that my family felt safe in the neighborhood considering we have never traveled to Rome.

We had 13 people in this apartment (7 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. I can’t say enough about this property! It is close to the Vatican and a short cab ride to all the major places you absolutely need to see in Rome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the property manager Federica was very communicative throughout the whole process. She even arranged transportation for our party from the airport to her place. 5 stars all the way around. If you stay here you will not be disappointed

Our stay in Rome was great. This property is ideally situated close to a Metro station, which we used to quickly get to major attractions such as the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, shopping districts, etc. There are also lots of great, friendly restaurants in the neighborhood as well as a modern grocery store downstairs. The best part of this property however is the host. Federica is amazingly helpful and responsive. She provides breakfast treats and milk and juices which is very sweet of her. Definitely recommend this property.

Our vacation days at Trionfale were wonderful!! The place has everything you need, it was very clean. We enjoyed our coffee and pastries. It’s close to the Vatican and trams that take you to to all main attractions. Our host Federica was so helpful and Accommodating to our needs. Thank you Federica!!

The pictures are completely accurate and Federica Ricci was such a pleasure to work with prior to our trip. She was so helpful and responsive. I had a million questions and she answered every single one! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The neighborhood was great and a breath of fresh air being away from the tourist areas. I would highly recommend this apartment for your travels! Thank you, Federica!

Communication was easy with Frederica and she was very helpful. Check in was easy. We were a bit disappointed with a few things. There was a strong sewer smell in the apartment but once I contacted Frederica, she told me how to fix it, and that went away but was off putting at first. The coffee/espresso machine also did not work for the first 24 hours because it needed to be cleaned better. We found some stains on linens. Once I let Frederica know, she was responsive and took care of everything. There is not a lot of common space but bedrooms are nice and the beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in throughout my stays in Italy. The continental breakfast provided each day was also an added bonus.

Hola, Fuimos un grupo de siete amigos y creo que fue la elección perfecta para nosotros. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas y cómodas, algunas de ellas incluso con terraza. Los tres cuartos de baño son perfectos para un grupo grande como el nuestro. La cocina es grande y está bien equipada (adoramos la cafetera profesional). El desayuno en el apartamento es perfecto para no perder mucho tiempo y aprovechar para descubrir la ciudad. El barrio Trionfale nos es tremendamente céntrico pero está muy bien conectado y está muy cerca del Vaticano. En el mismo barrio encontramos opciones de restauración muy interesantes y sin tantos turísticas como en las zonas más centrales. Sin duda volveríamos a reservar este apartamento. ¡Gracias Federica!

This location is ideal to tour the city of Rome. It was very close to a metro stop that was easy to access and was also absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and the place is in great shape. The addition of breakfast included was wonderful.

We really really enjoyed staying in this wonderful apartment. After long days of touring, we had spacious accommodations to which to return. We appreciated the cleaning that was offered 4 times during our stay in addition to the initial cleaning. Communication was quick and helpful and we felt so grateful to be focused on our time in the city and not on worrying about the accommodations.

Excellent property! We comfortably slept 14 adults and one child. Plenty of hot water for the 3 showers and we used the laundry machine quite a bit (very hot so lots of sweaty clothes) which worked out well. The location is convienient to the Metro, 5 min walk, 20 min at most to major attractions via metro. Great small restaurants and cafes in the area. For those possibly not used to travleing, the graffitti and trash in the area can be off putting but no one in our group, ages 18-77 ever felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Frederica is the best! We communicated multiple times before our arrival and she was waiting for us when we got in. She arranged our airport transfers and would have assisted with tours if we had not already booked them. Immediately available by phone and always willing to help in any way possible. It was a pleasure to meet her and stay at her property. Also have to say a sincere thank for the woman who worked furiously to turn over the apartment after the previous guests departed so we could enter and get cleaned up after 20 hours of travel. Thank you!
