Frezza Apartment by Alta Luxury Apartments , è un appartamento di grande lusso situato al secondo piano (con ascensore) di un antico palazzo romano. L'appartamento dista pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna ed è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con importanti quadri e mobili d'epoca (periodo Luigi XVI).
L'appartamento è in un antico e sontuoso palazzo nel cuore di Roma, in Via della Frezza, angolo Via del Corso; a pochi passi: Piazza Augusto Imperatore, Piazza di Spagna e Via dei Condotti.
Spazioso e confortevole è ideale per famiglie o piccoli gruppi di amici.
L’appartamento è composto di 2 camere da letto, di cui una suite, dotata di cabina armadio e bagno privato con cabina doccia accessoriata di sistema cromoterapia. La zona notte è completata da un’altra camera da letto ed un bagno. Le camere sono elegantemente arredate con mobili del periodo imperiale francese (epoca 1800).
Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti King Size.
Nel soggiorno troviamo uno splendido tavolo, decorato con mosaico in marmo antico con basi a zampa di leone in marmo di Carrara, che può ospitare 8/10 persone; una TV 50” a parete e due divani molto grandi e confortevoli che possono ospitare altre persone.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di ampie finestre e soffitti alti, caratteristici degli antichi edifici Romani.
Ogni ambiente della casa ha un sistema di aria condizionata e di riscaldamento.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata, anche di lavastoviglie e Tv.
E' presente inoltre una zona lavanderia completa di lavatrice e asciugatrice.

This apartment was perfect for my husband and me…we spent 7 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Edoardo was fantastic! He was very responsive and coordinated transportation for us to and from the airport. He provided restaurant recommendations which was consistent with our research and friends recommendations. This is a very safe location as well. Very happy with our stay.

We had the most incredible stay. You cannot ask for a better location and the apartment itself is clean, super spacious and a perfect mix of modern and old world decor. Edoardo is a gracious host. He greeted us enthusiastically upon our arrival and was extremely responsive and forthcoming with information prior to our arrival. The location of the apartment itself is close to everything….beautiful restaurants, shops, grocery stores and important sites. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, including those travelling with children. Thank you Edoardo for making our stay in Roma a comfortable and happy one!

The five-star reviews that I had read online before booking turned out to be true for us. The location is excellent, and the property manager and his staff were terrific. It's in a quiet street but only a few steps away from a major shopping area. Spanish steps, Trevis fountain, etc., are all within walking distances (15-20 min each). The apartment is quite spacious and everything worked. If I ever come to this part of Rome, I would definitely stay here.

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The proximity to every destination, dinner spot, and historical site is fantastic; nothing was more than a 20-minute walk. The host is wonderful, a great communicator, and extremely helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment is the best. Fabulous stay.

This villa has the best location in Rome. 2 minutes to Spanish steps, tons of restaurants, grocery and many shops within 1 minute. Beautiful villa, very spacious and our host Edorado was magnificent, always available and true first class host. This is where you want to stay if you come to Rome. Don’t miss out on this magnificent villa. I give this villa 5 stars.

This is a great apartment! Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Edoardo was an exceptional host from beginning to end. He was communicative and accommodating. Location was excellent. We walked to all major sites from this location. There is a grocery store within a 2 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend this apartment- and I am not easy to please…

We loved our weeklong stay at this beautiful apartment near the Spanish steps. The pictures are completely accurate. The owner’s list of suggested restaurants in the neighborhood was a big help and he made airport transfer arrangements as well. A great place for exploring Rome!

Staying in the Frezza Apartment was a wonderful experience! The apartment is lovely- clean, comfortable, and wonderful amenities. The location was truly the best area of the city we have stayed! Easy to get to all major attractions and wonderful markets and neighborhood restaurants. Most of all, Edoardo was a delight and a great assistance from before we arrived to the last day when he coordinated our transportation to the airport on departure.

The apartment is lovely - just as advertised. The host, Eduardo was very responsive and arranged our transfers from the port of Civitavecchia and our driver to the airport. He also had recommendations for the area. The location is excellent and a welcome quiet from the bustle of the main tourist areas. The apartment has a washer and dryer which was very helpful during our 4 days stay. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Rome!

We loved our stay at Freeza Apartment. The location was perfect for tourism, very short walk from the Spanish Steps, subway, great restaurants/cafes, and lots of shopping, both high end and average/affordable. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable, exactly as described. Edoardo was incredibly helpful booking car service for us, offered expert information about the area and was very prompt to respond. We would highly recommend!

We were so happy with this apartment! The location was amazing, and we walked to the Vatican, coliseum, Trevi, Spanish Steps, and TONS of restaurants and shopping. Our host, Edoardo, was friendly and communicative, and he made car arrangements and provided restaurant suggestions that were just what we we’re hoping for. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful. So convenient for our stay in Rome!

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location - you can walk to wonderful shops, the spanish steps, the colosseum, and on and on. There is a taxi stand very close and the newly-opened Bulgari hotel is a great place for breakfast. Don't even think twice - book this apartment and have fun in Roma!!
