For reservations longer than 5 nights, an extra mid-stay cleaning with change of linens and towels will be charged.

The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

For arrivals after 20:00, a supplement of 30 EUR applies, while for arrivals after 00:00, a supplement of 60 EUR applies.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.

For stays with a minimum of 5 nights, an extra cleaning service will be provided once a week.
