    In un palazzetto d’epoca del ‘700 l’appartamento è arredato con cura nei particolari, con una magnifica pavimentazione in cotto antico, dispone all’esterno di una esclusiva terrazza-giardino con essenze tipiche dai profumi mediterranei, dove poter godere tutto l’anno del clima e del sole della città e trascorrere anche all’aperto i momenti di relax.

    Nel cuore della Roma Imperiale puoi raggiungere a piedi i luoghi celebrati in tutto il mondo: Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona. Situato nel pittoresco quartiere Monti, a pochi passi offre botteghe negozi e locali caratteristici per soddisfare ogni esigenza.



    Disponiamo di 1 camera con letto matrimoniale (possibilità di culla aggiuntiva), soggiorno con letto matrimoniale, cucina, zona pranzo, bagno con doccia e angolo studio con scrivania.

    La struttura è completamente attrezzata e dispone di WI-FI acqua calda, riscaldamento autonomo, 2 Smart tv a schermo piatto, attrezzatura completa per la cucina comprensiva di bollitore, toaster e macchina del caffe’, phon e lavatrice.

    La camera da letto con affaccio sulla Basilica di San Pietro in Vincoli dispone di letto matrimoniale grande e armadio con 4 scomparti.

    Raggiungibile in auto o in metro, dispone di parcheggio pubblico a pagamento nella piazza antistante con possibilità di prenotare garage nella zona, mentre la metro è raggiungibile a piedi a soli 15 0mt.

Wonderful place with great deck

We had a wonderful time in Rome and it couldn't have been nicer. The place was wonderful and a great, quiet neighborhood just off a busy neighborhood with wonderful restaurants. It was clean and I would definitely stay here again and we love the patio

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an den großen antiken Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms, aber auch zum Tiber, nach Travestere oder zum Vatikan kann man gut laufen oder die nahegelegene Metro nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und prima ausgestattet, hat eine superschöne Terrasse, und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Terrific Property.

Don't even hesitate to book this property. Elena is a terrific host. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Super comfortable and everything in the apartment worked great from the TVs (yes there are two) to the coffee maker and WIFI. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for the gift also Elena!

Close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, great host

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were in close walking distance to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and many other treasures of Rome. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us! We enjoyed time relaxing on the terrace. Can't say enough good things about Elena- she was incredibly welcoming, easy to get ahold of, and provided a lot of helpful information for things to do in the area. She even provided all the essentials for Roman "pasta amatriciana" and a few other items. Would certainly stay here again!

Fantastic Location!

This property was amazing. I travelled solo to Rome and this flat was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and markets as well as all the tourist sights in Rome. The property was exactly as pictured and was much larger than other rentals I’ve had in Rome. The terrace was fantastic to come back to every evening, and a morning espresso enjoying the beautiful weather can’t be beat! Fantastic! I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Rome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect stay in Monti area of Rome

Loved our stay at Elena’s place. The apartment was beautiful and sparkling clean! The terrace was a lovely haven to relax after a hot busy day touring Rome. Elena was very responsive to our questions and was able to help us book a driver to the airport. She gave us a welcome basket to cook a pasta dinner, which we did! A lovely touch. The area itself felt safe and close to subways, restaurants and the Colosseum. A perfect stay!

We couldn't have been happier with the apartment and location. The apartment was in the center of everything. Perfect for taking a walk or riding the metro. Elena was wonderful. Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property and the host was extremely helpful. We walked with our luggage from the Treni Termini but it is close to Cavour Metro if you prefer. It is very close to the Colosseum and the Imperial Way for strolls. It is about half an hour's walk to the main sights, such as the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Wonderful sidewalk cafes are everywhere. There is a lovely enclosed patio off the living area which is shaded in the morning and evening.

Amazing time at this beautiful location

Elena was the perfect host! She arranged a pick up and drop off for us from the airport which made the beginning of our stay seamless. Elena left some thoughtful baskets of goodies which came in so handy. The place is beautiful and so centrally located. Cozy Heart of Rome flat

Communication with owner from beginning was very good and check-in process was easy with the owner meeting us. Apartment was clean and accommodating. The location is 5 min walk to Colosseum, 15 min to train station and next door to one of Michelangelo’s sculptures (Mose’ di Michelangelo). The road noise (scooters) is fairly continuous, but I think that is all of Rome. We stayed 6 nights and felt very comfortable and safe. Overalll, I recommend for a nice stay in Rome and owner (Elena) was very nice and professional.

Perfect! Wonderful location, clean, and beautiful!

We stayed for five days, and the apartment was everything we needed and hoped for on our first trip to Rome. It is so close to the coliseum but also lots of restaurants and shops. It is on a cute street literally steps from St. Peter's basilica - where the famous Michelangelo sculpture of Moses is. The apartment was the perfect size for me and my husband and our two kids. They were fine on the fold out couch in the living room. We used the patio a lot for evening snacks or breakfast or just hanging out. Elena was so friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome the minute we met her! We would definitely come back to this place again! I hope we do!

Great location!

Pros: the apartment is very clean, nicely furnished (as shown in photos), in a great location near Colloseum, and metro stations, The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The outdoor terrace with table and chairs is an added bonus. Cons: the piazza is accessible by long steep staircases, so don’t be misled by google maps! The apartment has no microwave or dishwasher; and the washing machine is tiny (it fits under the bathroom countertop). The kitchen is quite small, but It has a toaster and a stove top coffee pot, so it’s great for breakfast and lunches. Overall, I would recommend this apartment and would stay again if I am in Rome. It was a great location and we found it to be much more comfortable than a hotel room.

Perfect 1 bedroom in the heart of Rome

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this lovely apartment in May. It is in the Monti neighborhood which is central, not overrun with tourists, and yet a stone's throw from the Colloseum and Forum. Fun cafe's, trattoria's and delicious gelato are all in the neighborhood. The apt is clean and nicely decorated and has a comfortable queen size bed and shower with plenty of hot water. It is up two flights of stairs and on a quiet street that is accessed by stairs, so you want to be fine with that. The stairs were no problem for us, but would not have worked for my mother. The apt. has a large outdoor patio that is delightful for morning coffee, afternoon naps in the sun and views of Roman roof tops. We cannot recomend this apartment highly enough. It's a special place that will not dissapoint. Enjoy!

A Perfect Choice

We chose this apartment for our week in Rome based on location, pictures, and the many 5-star reviews. We were very happy with our choice and have already recommended it to friends. It is clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced, and well situated for walking or taking the metro to Rome’s attractions. There are restaurants nearby in the Monti but most evenings we picked up groceries in the shops on the Via Cavour and enjoyed dining on our private terrace. The owner Elena was an excellent host, responding quickly to emails, and providing a personal orientation to the apartment on arrival. Tip: do take advantage of the private airport pick-up that she will arrange if requested - comparable rates to a taxi and so convenient.

The Best in Rome

We booked this apartment for our two week vacation to Rome based on the pictures and review posted on VRBO and were pleased to find it more spacious and convenient than expected. The rooms were spotless and fully equipped. We especially enjoyed our breakfast and evening cool down on the patio. Elena had thought of everything; a pasta meal basket, maps, umbrellas, guide books, and a list of nearby restaurants. The location could hardly be more convenient. It is ten to fifteen minute walk to the train station and right next door to St. Peter-in-Chains which houses Michelangelo's Moses. Two minutes down the street we could get our morning Americano at the Cafe Mose, and just a few minutes further were the Coliseum and The Forum. The apartment is located in the Monti District (see Rick Steves Rome for a full description) with all its restaurants and boutiques. But what made our stay in Rome even more enjoyable was the graciousness and the efficiency of our hostess Elena. She had arranged pickup and drop off for us at the airport. Great apartment - great location!

We loved our stay at Residenza Sette Sale this summer. The apartment was well furnished, very clean and had every amenity we anticipated including complimentary pasta, sauce and snacks. The location was ideal - a short walk to the Colosseum. The sun-splashed patio was a pleasant surprise - perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The owners, Elena Sala, and her family stopped by for a visit - they are wonderful. They were extremely helpful and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. Additionally, Elena arranged a car & driver to transport us to & from the airport - extremely convenient! We would recommend this apartment to our friends. 1 small item - it was very hot in late July - and the apartment does not have A/C so a couple fans would be nice to keep the apartment a bit cooler.

Wonderful apartment, great location

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen has variety of cooking utensils (unlike other places we rented). Having a patio is wonderful. The location in Monti is great. It's a short walk to the metro station, restaurants, shops and Roman ruins, but away from the crowds of major tourist areas. Elena is a wonderful hostess. She met us at arrival and came to say goodbye. She also provided a basket with pasta makings and other treats, which came in handy our first night since it rained. We highly recommend this apartment.

Ottimo l'appartamento in cuore di Monti

L'appartamento è esatto come descritto, è molto pulito e ha tutto necessario per self-catering. L'arredamento è elegante e la posizione è ottima, vicino di stazione metro (Cavour) e nelle vicinanze ci sono anche molti ristoranti . La terrazza è splendida e spaziosa ma noi eravamo un po' delusi perhce non ha la vista (ha muri alti). Elena era molto servizievole, anche prima del nostro viaggio, e tutto è andato bene. Raccomando cordialmente!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location very near Cavour Metro stop/ You could easily make connection from Airport to Termini then to Metro stop Cavour, then walked about 2 1/2 blocks vs using taxi service if you travel light. Enjoyed large terrace.

Great Location and Super Host

If you want to stay in the heart of Ancient Rome then look no further than this apartment. 2 minutes walk from the all sights on the Via Forum and close to many superb restaurants. The apartment is clean with a lovely veranda to enjoy the warm sunshine and Elena is an attentive host for whom nothing is too much trouble. The airport transfer she arranges and the tourist information in the flat made the whole experience stress free and a must repeat for us.

Absolutely Charming!

My husband and I arrived in Rome to spend nearly two weeks in this wonderful apartment. Elena arranged for our pick up at the airport, and Alessandro was wonderful. The apartment is lovely, thoughtfully decorated, and has everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The location is perfect, being just a few blocks from the Colosseo, the Forum, the Paletino, and other wonderful sites. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return!
