  • Vuoi vivere l'emozione del centro storico di Roma? Casa dell’Arco, a due passi da Piazza Navona e Campo de’ Fiori, è quello che fa per te!

    L’appartamento è dotato di ingresso indipendente su strada (24 scalini per arrivare al piano) ed è composto da un ampio e luminoso salone con un comodissimo divano letto matrimoniale, 2 poltrone, angolo studio e TV. Il divano letto ha la rete elettrosaldata e può essere comodamente aperto e chiuso ogni giorno. D'estate troverete un ventilatore in salotto. Dalla finestra del salone si vede la facciata laterale di Santa Maria della Vallicella, meglio nota come Chiesa Nuova, costruita tra il 1500 e il 1600 e nota per gli affreschi di Pietro da Cortona e la pala d’altare di Rubens.

    La camera da letto è dotata di aria condizionata ed è composta da un ampio letto matrimoniale, armadio a 3 ante, comodini, cassettiera.

    Di fronte alla camera da letto è il bagno. Finito di ristrutturare a gennaio 2020, il bagno è caratterizzato da una comodissima doccia XL.

    Infine la cucina con tavolo da pranzo e sedie, fornelli e forno a gas, forno a microonde, frigo e freezer, lavastoviglie, lava-asciuga, Nespresso, ecc.

Great location

We stayed for three nights and made the most of this heart of Rome apartment. Easy to get to the Vatican and also to the Collisium. Great restaurants right down the block and a convenient grocery store as well.

What a Wonderful Place!

Chiara is the best! We love this apartment and would definitely stay there again if we have the chance. Perfect location to walk to everything, but also peaceful at night. Can't recommend this place enough.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Rome

Great location! Great hospitality!

Our host Chiara was amazing getting us checked in, providing local resources, and checking in throughout our stay. Apartment had all the basic accommodation we needed and was VERY clean. One king bed, pull out couch and 2 convertible chair/beds worked fine for our family of 4. Great location…. Easy walk to many sights, shopping, restaurants, etc!!

A very comfortable stay in very well located appartment

Great facilities which covered all our needs.we were impressed with the well lit and quiet appartment even though it was close to via V Emanuele. Given the opportunity we will definitely use the location again and recommend it even for a small family.we also found it a very easy reference point to all the obvious landmarks. Perfect week in Rome!

We spent 8 days in Rome visiting our daughter who is studying abroad one semester. Chiara’s apartment was in the perfect location. We walked to the Pantheon, Vatican City, Borghese Gardens, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum. But the taxi stand around the corner really helped on those times we were running late! There was always one waiting. The pharmacy and grocery store also around the corner was super convenient. There is a wonderful street behind the apartment with fantastic restaurants, shops, and gelato. Chiara was a fantastic hostess - was there on arrival, gave us many tips and recommendations, was responsive when we needed anything throughout the trip, and arranged a driver to and from the airport (50 euros - same as a taxi). Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, sound proof windows (helped us sleep at night…it is in the middle of the city after all), clean. I also felt very safe in this location. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and friendly host

Our host chiara met us to check in and was so helpful as we had many questions and were so disoriented from our flight. She was extremely kind and helpful. Also the place is beautiful, spacious and a great kitchen but the location is the real gem. Not in a noisy spot but right in the heart of the best neighborhood in Rome. So easy to get everywhere and right by taxi stand , pharmacy, grocery store and beautiful small streets to wander.

The perfect location for seeing Rome

The perfect location for seeing Rome. This lovely spacious apartment was right in the center of Rome easy walking distance to Campo de Fiori, the pantheon, piazza Navona. The taxi stand right outside was so convenient. There is also a pharmacy and a market very close. Chiara is a delightful hostess. She arranged for a car to pick me up at the airport and everything went smoothly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfection

Chiara is great, so kind and gracious, explained so much to us. The location made our trip so easy, grocery store, pharmacy , taxi stand , restaurants, and small shops , just outside our door. We really got to know the area, it’s beautiful. The apartment was great, had all we needed, plus grocery store in corner, so easy to grab anything you want. Tips, allow Chiara to set up a car from apartment, it takes all the stress away and our driver was lovely. Next level, go to Chiara’s website, hire her for a tour, we forever will cherish our time learning about the Vatican from her.

Feine Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt von Rom

Die schöne und geräumige Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten von der wunderschönen Piazza Navona. Supermärkte und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung: Die lebhafte Kneipenszene direkt um die Ecke könnte aber besonders im Sommer einiges an nächtlichem Lärm bedeuten. Unser Januar-Aufenthalt war allerdings absolut ruhig. Mit Bus- und Taxistand nach langer Stadtbesichtigung kräfteschonend zu erreichen. Die steile und etwas enge Treppe hinauf in die Wohnung könnte leider für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ein Hindernis sein..... Insgesamt kann die Wohnung mit bis zu 4 Personen bewohnt werden, wenn man das Sofa im großen Wohnzimmer mit benutzt.

Great apartment in wonderful neighborhood, convenient to walking and touring. Excellent host, responsive, very knowledgeable; had great recommendations, and was available during our stay. Sofa bed in sitting room comfortably accommodated two. Well appointed kitchen. Very handy Chiesa Nuova taxi stand nearby.

Great Location and Setup

The apartment is in a great location, very close to lots of restaurants and to Piazza Navona. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in 25 minutes or less. The Colloseum is the farthest site (~1.5 miles), but definitely walkable if you enjoy site seeing while walking. If you're not into walking, there is a taxi stand right there. The layout of the apartment worked very well for us with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (with a door so can easily serve as a bedroom). I was able to get up in the morning, make my tea and relax without waking my daughter who slept on the sofa bed. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer combo. The bed was very comfortable. We were there in November, and the heat worked almost too well so I turned it off most nights. Everything was super clean. Chiara was very accommodating. She setup a private driver for us to get to the apartment from the airport, which was about the same price as a taxi and well worth it after a long night/day of travel. She met us at the apartment to show us around and give us tips on the neighborhood. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement et hôte parfaits

Merveilleux séjour a Rome, une semaine où pourtant la météo n etait pas avec nous. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Chiara très chaleureuse et réactive, nous a aussi organisé de magnifiques visites guidées, sur mesure pour mes ados qui ont appris plein de choses ! Si je dois revenir à Rome, ce sera a la même adresse, sans hésiter !

Warmth, style, and convenience

Chiara was such a great host. She met us at her flat and gave us the lay of the land with great advice on the sights and neighborhood. A Home in the Heart of Rome

The location of this beautiful apartment is practically perfect. Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori are truly your backyard and the nearby streets are teeming with wonderful shops and restaurants. The set up is great with most of what you need provided and 2 supermarkets located within a block for food and wine. Chiara was a delightful host and took care of things as needed. When our driver was late picking us up at the airport he returned 20 of the 50 euro cost which was unexpected but appreciated. I assume that Chiara may have insisted. We spent 2 weeks there and were comfortable always. Having a place to return to in the warmed afternoons or after a day trip to Naples or Orvieto was especially nice. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service!

Our apartment owner, and her assistant, were really helpful when our luggage was lost. They stayed in touch with the airport until the luggage was finally delivered.
