Apartment with garden and independent entrance in the heart of the Aurelio district, a step away from the Vatican Walls and a 10 minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica.
The apartment consists of: living room with kitchen (electric), bathroom, bedroom with double bed and large terrace-garden. There is air conditioning in the living room. You enter from the garden by going down five steps.
At 150 metres from the apartment a bus line takes you in 10-15 minutes around Campidoglio, Piazza Venezia e Coliseum.

Great place to stay with accommodating owner. AC is underwhelming but owner promptly suppled a fan which made sleep possible. Would definitely book again as neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible by train and bus.

Nous étions bien placés avec les commerces à proximité, les lignes de bus. Juste à côté du Vatican. La terrasse est un gros plus. Très bon séjour !Merci à Marco pour sa dispo lors de notre arrivée et les échanges quand nous avions besoin.

A long day of travel that wasnt as expected we arrived much later than we had stated. Marco was flexible and understanding he sent three ways to get to the apartment and it made ht so sime. We grabbed s bit just velow the space and he met us after eventhough it was after 10 PM. It was withim alking distance one block from the bus two blocks from the train an easy walk to the Vatican and so much more it was very wuiet and oeacedul. the smell of Jasmine and the birds along with the garden patio outside created a restful space to relax after a long day. yhe eateries were close and fantastic. there were som good eine bars as well.

The location was wonderful and walkable if you like to walk. As senior citizens, we chose taxis. There was a great restaurant within walking distance of the apartment and the food and service was outstanding (Papa Rex). The Host was very hospitable and saw to our every need and questions answered.

This little apartment is a great value close to the Vatican. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and provided everything we needed during our stay. We felt safe walking back at night & the taxi had no trouble finding us. The little patio is very charming. . The owner was friendly and responsive whenever contacted. Check in was later in the day but he arranged for us to get in early. It could use a little updating but otherwise it was all we needed.

Marco's appartment is basic but nicely decorated. It has all that's needed, including a very large bedroom for 2 persons.We had forgotten to ask how the heating could be regulated, that would have been nice to know

My stay was comfortable and Marco is an excellent host, very communicative, helpful and accomodating to allowing me inside early since I'd had an early arrival flight. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment offered me a quiet and peaceful time to adjust to the jet lag.

Perfect location, not too many stairs, and not too far from the city. The hosta met us at the train station and carried our bags while he got us to the apartment. It was very clean and the bathroom/shower was lovely. I highly recommend this rental, the place is beautiful in the host was amazing the accommodating.!

El apartamento sencillo mejorable en ciertos aspectos: mantel, trapos cocina, para mesa exterior, decoración, aislamiento acústico de ventanas con la calle...en definitiva ciertos detalles sencillos que hacen más calidala la estancia. Tiene gran potencial.

Comminication with host was brilliant, found the apartment using the link provided and it got us to the door. We flew in and picked up the bus to the Vatican, which dropped us just by the castel, feom here we walked and took us about 30 minutes, however you can get another bus which gets you muck closer but Rome traffic was crazy when we got there and wanted to find our way on foot. Apartment is small but perfect for our 4 day stay, most important it was clean and well kept. It also has aircon which was needed during our stay. Lovely terrace acccessed through double doors of the bedroom, which had sun all day. Great touch of a coffee machine, and kettle provided for those who prefer. Although the apartment seems away from the main touristy parts, but it took us only 10 minutes stroll to the vatican area and about 30 minutes stroll to get across the river into the heart of ancient rome. It may be quicker once the renovation work for the jubilee is completed and some areas reopened. Please dont let some google reviews of Rome and jubilee prep put you off, there is still so much to enjoy on both sides of the river. Would I stay at this apartment again, yes definately. Thank you

Très bon séjour. Marco est très agréable et très réactif, l’emplacement du logement est pratique avec différents bus qui permettent de rejoindre le centre ville. La terrasse est un vrai plus !
