I've never written a bad hotel review in my life but will do it just for this terrible place and their awful team.
The room was not ready by the time I arrived, it had not been cleaned and was dirty. The hotel made no effort to make me aware of this, even discussing my checkin procedures minutes before, so I imagine they were completely unaware.
Following this, the hotel was not responsive in providing a quick solution or good at estimating the timeframe of a solution. They mentioned someone would be over to clean in 30m but no one arrived for over 90m. Meaning they were not prioritizing this issue whatsoever.
Communication was unprofessional and dishonest. They kept telling me "these thingsay happen" and citing weather delays. They said they would refund me for the first night of my stay, and THEN LATER DENIED IT AND NEVER REFUNDED ME, and eventually COMPLETELY STOPPED COMMUNICATION. They didn't even confirm with me that they wouldn't be refunding me.
The hotel instigated a chat with me on WhatsApp, meaning they messaged me first. They also communicated through messages on hotels.com. Later they would say that they had no access to the chat on Whatsapp or the promises made on that app, which is not appropriate seeing THEY messaged ME.
The place itself is well located, but it is not as clean (even after the cleaning crew was done) as one would expect. Like there is mildew and such in the bathroom and shower, walls not washed,.
Overall horrible people and place.
