Celestina house offers the ideal stay for singles, couples or families with young children, wishing to have a memorable Roman holiday.

This cosy and stunningly decorated one bedroom apartment is located in a prestigious period property, with concierge, in the popular and vibrant residential area of Prati and exactly on Piazza Cola di Rienzo. It is only a few minutes walk away from Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Vatican and the metro station Lepanto (line A) - that will allow you to easily and quickly reach all other main tourist attractions of the city.

Air conditioning (4 units) is present throughout the apartment. Central heating is present during colder months.
The flat is on the third floor without lift and is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The space

The spacious 1 bedroom flat (about 60 square meters) is quiet and bright. It consists of a kitchen, living room, bathroom and large double bedroom.

The modern style of the flat blends well with antique furniture. “Le Cementine” tiles reminiscent of old Italian houses, decorate the bathroom and kitchen, giving a delicate vintage touch to the home.

The elegant bedroom, overlooking Via Cola di Rienzo, has a king size bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers and is decorated with English wallpaper and luxurious curtains.

The living room is a spacious area to rest and relax. An extra bed cot/next-to-me for little ones are available and be added to the bedroom or living room upon request. A comfortable third pull-out bed ideal for an adult or child can be also added in the living room. The living room also has a separate wardrobe for the third guest.

A complete refresh and renovation of the apartment, including repainting, installation of additional A/C units throughout and a new pull-out bed, was completed in March 2026. It is decorated with fine finishes and equipped with burglar alarm, safe, electric oven, fridge, dual washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, kettle, 32 inch TV, Apple TV, USB sockets, internet, Bialetti coffee machine, hairdryer, mirror (80 x 180 cm), recycling bins, single guest bed (for one additional guest), cot bed, high chair, baby bath, central heating and air conditioning for the warmer seasons. If you are a parent, please do feel free to ask Fabrizio for any additional equipment/accessories you may need to make your stay more comfortable for you and your little one(s).

Fabrizio and his team look forward to hosting you and welcoming you at the entrance of the building and, after walking you through the elegant courtyard, will accompany you to the property. Please let Fabrizio know in advance whether you have heavy suitcases and require some help up the stairs.

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
