Cozy flat elegantly renovated and air-conditioned placed at the third floor of a vintage building with concierge and common courtyard, placed in a central position in Rome. Vatican Museums and Olympic stadium reachable by feet. Metro Station Lepanto 5 min walking far , Taxi Station far 2 minutes, Bus Stop placed in front of the building. Free WiFi (optic fiber), washing machine and iron. Apartment composed by: living room with 2 single sofa-beds, 2 double rooms with Tv and Sky (international channels), 2 bathrooms in suite with shower, livable terrace, livable kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and Nespresso coffe machine/moka/American coffe machine, blender, pods and blend included. Lively neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafès, market near the building and 2 supermarkets in front of it. We can offer you, upon request a private paid garage close to the flat.
We pay particular attention to the sanitation and disinfection of the apartment and its contents before each check in.

Beautiful Property

This is by far the nicest rental I have stayed in. Up to date and beautiful with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great location, lovely terrace and courtyard. Communicating with Donata was easy and check-in was a breeze.

Il mio soggiorno nell' appartamento di Donata è stato semplicemente perfetto,adatto alla mia famiglia e quella dei nostri amici. Dispone di tutto ciò che può servire, molto curato nei dettagli e pulitissimo. Posizione rispetto alle principali attrazioni molto comoda,vicino alla metropolitana. Beautiful apartment

The apartment is awesome! It was so clean and modern and well equipped. We loved the terrace ! The neighborhood is great- delicious restaurant s, a grocery store across the street, just a short walk to the Metro station (Lepanto) as well as a bus stop right outside the door. Donata was very responsive and helpful as well! We would definitely stay at this delightful property in the future. Grazie mille, Donata!

Consigliatissimo!

Consiglio assolutamente questa proprietà. L'appartamento è ben ristrutturato, ben arredato e funzionale. Ottima posizione. Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ha anche una bella terrazza coperta molto vivibile.

Perfect Rome apartment

My sister and I stayed here for a few days to attend the Rome tennis tournament and enjoy the city. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the Foro for the tennis and also an easy walk to the Vatican for our tour there. There is also a taxi stop nearby as well as a metro stop. The apartment is spacious and spotless. Kitchen is well equipped and all working well. The terrace is lovely to sit and relax. Bonus was having the street market around the corner for fresh food and also fabulous clothes! Donata communicated promptly and gave us lots on info on the city, shops and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book!

Avant tout, nous devons souligner la qualité de l'accueil de Donata. Toutes les informations nécessaires sur le logement, mais aussi les commerces avoisinants, les restaurants recommandés à proximité, les spécialités culinaires et les moyens de locomotion sont communiquées avec précision et gentillesse.Le logement est parfait, très propre, super équipé, très spacieux et confortable. Had an excellent time. Donata was wonderful and the apartment was excellent. It had everything you would need, was spotless and in a great location. Close to the metro and grocery. Patio was lovely to sit out on and relax. Highly recommend!!

The place was perfect for what we wanted out of our stay. It was well located near grocery options and even a few restaurants. Short walk to a great morning breakfast cafe and also gelato spot. The place had adequate space and a cool terrace for relaxing in the evening. The host was amazing and provided a lot of great recommendations for food! Definitely would recommend staying there to anyone traveling to Rome.

The apartment is as described. It is a great location with easy access to any places you plan to explore in Rome. There’s a great expresso bar across the street for a quick morning cappuccino and croissant. Donata is a great host and resource. We hope to return some day.

Perfectly Appointed, Peaceful Retreat in Great Location of Rome

Rome—what a revelation! And Donata’s apartment is the cherry on top, a perfectly peaceful haven from which to explore the city. Donata met us upon arrival and explained all the ins and outs of the apartment, which is sparkling clean and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities a guest might need during their stay. She then gave us an expert overview of the city, its sights, foods and restaurants, and the best means of transportation for our explorations. She thought of everything and boosted our confidence as we stepped out into the city to explore. We walked everywhere—the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Borghese Gardens, Vatican City (the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica), the Trastevere neighborhood…all over the place! As adults, walking to such locations was thoroughly enjoyable. On our one rainy day, we hopped on a bus right near the apartment and were whisked away to the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill. It was as easy as Donata assured us it would be! Her advice to stay above ground during our adventures is well worth following because we found ourselves stumbling upon one noteworthy ancient sight after another…sights we would have missed had we taken the Metro. There are two grocery stores (one large, one small) located across the street from the apartment, restaurants galore within easy walking distance, and several gelaterias right in the neighborhood. We give Donata and her apartment the highest recommendation for your stay in Rome!

First and foremost, this is an incredible property and has probably ruined us staying at other properties! It was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and Donata is a wonderful host. Excellent base to explore the best of Rome

This apartment is well laid out, recently upgraded, and nicely maintained. Everything is just as advertised. During our winter visit, the apartment was warm and cozy. The location is just two blocks from the Lepanto metro stop. Better, it is in the heart of the vibrant, upscale neighbhorhood of Mazzini, with great shops and restaurants just down the street. The owner is an excellent communicator and her care and attention is obvious in how well-equipped and comfortable the apartment is. We cannot wait to return for another fun stay. Thank you!

Great Communication; Relaxing and spacious

From the moment we booked, communication was great! We needed help finding a place that would be open for dinner on New Year's Eve, and Donata responded within minutes with multiple options. She met us on arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, showed us how everything worked, and shared how to get around the city and food recommendations. She had travel books we could use while we there. It was in a quieter area, only about a 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Popolo. It was nice to get away from some of the chaos and feel more relaxed when we needed a break.

Delightful stay in Rome

Arrived at the apartment and Donata, owner, was waiting for us. Donata spent time with us going over the highlights of Rome, including where to eat, how to get around the city whether it be via Metro, taxi or walking around the city and taking it in. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had great amenities. Great location. I highly recommend staying here. Donata was quick to respond to my texts/emails. She made arrangements for us to have a driver to pick us up and take us to the airport.

Short stay in Rome after cruise

Donata was a very gracious host, always communicating with me, helping us to secure a driver, and she spent time with us at check-in to give us essential information about the area. We had two couples staying in the apartment. There was plenty of room and privacy for us. The apartment was spotless and attractive, with thoughtful amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The location was central to many of the sites and we were able to walk to many of our destinations. There was a small grocery market, a couple of restaurants, a bank across the street, and a taxi pickup a short walkable distance away. Every morning there was an open-air market on the street below the apartment that opened at 7:00 am. We never heard noises from the set-up or cleanup - a testament to the soundproofing of the apartment - and we enjoyed shopping for bargains there. I highly recommend this apartment!
